This Scanpan Pro IQ 32cm Saute Pan with Lid is made from hand-cast 100% recycled aluminium which offers outstanding heat distribution and is guaranteed not to warp or have hot spots. Aluminium is also considerably lighter than other materials making this saute pan easier to handle. A steel disc is cast into the base making it suitable for all hob types, including induction. Ideal for easy sauteeing of potatoes and vegetables or browning meat without losing texture and moisture. This saute pan is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C. The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. In fact Scanpan's Stratanium non-stick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying so you only ever need add oil or fat for flavouring purposes, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen. A riveted, brushed stainless steel handle transfers very little heat and is comfortable to hold. This larger-sized saute pan also includes a riveted steel helper handle. A glass lid with stylish steel rim is included with this saute pan and is also heat resistant to 260°C.
