A steel disc is cast into the base making it suitable for all hob types, including induction. Ideal for frying meat, fish or vegetables, the high ridges allow fat to drain away from food during cooking whilst producing pleasing char lines. This grill pan is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C. The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results.
