Love this trail running shoe. I wear them everyday for an aggressive trail walks, with lots of hills, and occasional puddles. They are great for lots of hills. They are so comfortable, I wear them everywhere and I love not having wet feet, whether in the yard or on the trail.
Great running shoes for snowy conditions. Warm and waterproof. Not to heavy too.
I purchased these shoes because I live in the PNW and it?s quite wet here. I selected the iron grey/sky color because I liked it. When they arrived I realized the iron grey/sky color is the non Gore-Tex version. If you are looking for the waterproof version of these shoes, select the lilac/navy color. I still gave them 3 stars because I think they?d be great shoes, they just didn?t meet my needs are are falsely marketed on this site.
Great fit. Good hold in midfoot and ample space for toe splay. Cushion is firm but feels like it will be fine for longer journeys. Excellent grip. I feel this is a good trail runner - hiker hybrid.
Full disclosure I will be returning these but not because I don't think they're a great shoe - they just run small! I'm typically between a 9.5 or 10 in US/CA sizing so I purchased a Euro size 43 per the size table. When I slipped them on I loved the support and ground feel but they were about a size too small in my estimation. Also worth noting that the toe box is quite narrow.
Second pair of these shoes I've had. Really just wonderful shoes all around. Have run many hundreds of KM on them.They feel solid, offer good support. Meet any conditions. Last pair lasted a couple seasons.
