The new materials they are made from makes this show machine washable as well so they will stay fresher for longer. These shoes are primarily focused on indoor climbing with a single strap making them very easy to get on an off. However they are also excellent for trad climbing as they are quite stiff giving you that extra bit of support while placing gear.
