I purchased these about a month ago. The main use is shoes to wear when hiking with my daughter's carrier. I can say they have been comfortable and supportive for the ~40 lb load for the day hikes I have done. I have not used them for multiple day hikes yet, but nothing indicates that they will produce any rubbing spots on the foot. Overall, a solid purchase so far.
