My partner has to follow a low FODMAP diet and has landed on these as his favourite bread. Best eaten straight out the oven with their crispy crust and soft inner. I quite often pinch them too and prefer them to ordinary brown rolls. A household staple for us

Oh I couldn't be without these GF ciabatta rolls now. So easy to slice in half, they toast good but I prefer them untoasted. Tasty, filling and not crumbly. Very good !

There is a general consensus that most gluten free products fall short of the mark on taste and texture. I warmed these rolls in the oven and they were absolutely delicious. The tanginess of sourdough and and crispy outside and a soft flavourful interior. Will buy again. And again.

At last, GF rolls that are crispy, do not fall apart and taste like non-GF rolls! Even better if warmed up in oven with a little water sprinkled on top of roll.
I damp these down then pop in the air fryer for two mins and theyre done! I then cut them open & let them cool before making a sandwich. If I could afford it at this stage I would happily just sit there with a pack of butter and chomp the lot theyre that good! But I cant! Because as with most decent free from things they cost waaaay too much for waaaay to little. Hands down though the best gluten free rolls! Theyre even good when needing to make a sandwich the night before and refrigerating them. Obviously denser & softer the next day but still good! Love them! love them! love them! :))
I tried out my fair share of gluten free breads after being diagnosed with coeliacs disease but I always come back to these rolls. I have one for lunch most days and sometimes for breakfast. Unlike most gluten free breads these are great just toasted with butter. They have a bit of a chew to them and dont crumble or fall apart at all. I usually stick them in the toaster, even if making up as sandwich to take to work. I think it enhances the taste. But they work fine without - again unlike most gf bread. The long shelf life is an added bonus. I always have some in stock and dont have to worry about using them within a few days. Once opened the remaining rolls keep well - at least 4 to 5 days. Plus they are great for taking on holiday.
Often found GF bread to be full of additives and other nasties with upset me more than gluten, but these are now a staple for me. Lovely baked or straight out of the packet.
When gluten free is a must, these Ciabatta Rolls are excellent. They keep well, taste lovely and do not fall apart when preparing my favourite sandwich.
Soya protein is terrible for you: the chemicals used to isolate it are harsh and render it far worse for you than it would be on its own, which is already not great, given that soya is oestrogenic and can mess with your natural hormonal balance. I tend to avoid this brand entirely now because I?ve realised they put soya protein in all their GF products. It?s just a shame that it?s so commonly stocked as the only ?free from? options in many shops. It?s terrible for your health, and has a weird texture to boot. For me, it?s a definite ?Avoid!?
Lovely rolls that I will order more of. A shame that there's only four of them in each pack since it makes them a bit expensive. You'd think that gluten free bread would be the same price as regular bread these days since gluten intolerans is so common.
