This refill pack is used to provide additional cartridges to your Schick Hydro razor. It is a 6 pack that is designed to hydrate your skin after your shave. The main difference between this and the other hydro cartridges is that it has a Japanese rice bran oil strip above the blades to follow up the shave with moisturizing support. The moisturizing strip can also flip back to provide an option that will allow for more precision. I really like these cartridges because I get no adverse effects while also providing a very close shave. These cartridges are advertised to last up to 18 shaves which I found to be pretty accurate. Try these cartridges in your hydro if you need additional moisturizing from your shave.

I love the flip back for precision razor the most, especially for those hard to reach areas or when you need a crisp straight line for your beard or your sideburns, it's perfect. I have a lot of hair, it grows fast and it’s thick so I need a razor that can withstand all of that. I received this products for free from Influenster and brand(s) in exchange for my honest review. Well I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I have always been a user of the larger competitor and always looked at Schick as an ok brand. That has changed. The razor was sleek. It was heavy and looked durable. It was effective and provided a shave I didn’t expect. It was aesthetically pleasing but more importantly it was easy to hold and did the job without having to go back and forth too much. It caused no skin irritation and was easy to clean. It was precise and comfortable. No issues with the closeness of the shave or it nicking the skin.
Let’s start with the good: these replacement blades are conveniently packaged and reasonably priced. They also cause way less irritation and redness than either the disposable ones, store brand ones, or most of its competitors. However, that easier-on-the-skin shave comes at the cost of making the blades less effective at cutting through large tuffs of hair and slower in general. This is a good choice for anyone who struggles with irritation but those who prioritize the fastest shave possible should look elsewhere. Still recommended though!
Always happy to get any male grooming products to try because I am bald on top and hairy everywhere else! Naturally, I have a huge beard I tend to daily and try to keep its shape every other day. While I only have certain areas around my face that I razor shave, always great to have a good razor and Schick is always the best! Great smooth shave and easy to snap in and out refills. Glad to have tried this and thank you Schick for the great shaves! And you can’t go wrong with a refill pack that has 6 over the typical 4!
Fantastic value when you compare to other brands. You get six refills in a single clean container. Very easy to pop old one off handle and replace with a new one. The kicker here is how you shave hard to reach places (ie under your nose). You just pop the hydro section of the razor back and it allows you to get into all the nooks and crannies, no more few hairs left under your nose! I prefer this option to the one blade other companies have because it prevents nicks. Recommended!
There are both positives and negatives to this razor. On the positive side, I appreciated its smooth shave, which left my skin feeling soft. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. Firstly, I found myself having to go over the same area multiple times to achieve a close shave. Secondly, I encountered an issue where the blade kept detaching from the handle when rinsing it, which became quite frustrating, especially when trying to shave quickly. While it delivered a smooth result, it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of speed and convenience. I ended up going through 3 sets of blades to shave my head and face, just not practical.
Firstly thank you Schick for letting me try this for my honest opinion.I'm one of those guys who usually shave once a week and regret each moment as there are bumps and nicks and cuts with each pass and end up wiping lot of blood. But this razor was probably made someone like me only.Throughout the shaving process, I didn't even feel any irritation or a cut. The gel pods are just too amazing and enjoyed my shaving experience in a long time.The skin protector on each blade is just revolutionary.A must have razor for sensitive skin people.
I use Schick Hydro dry skin razors now as my daily razor to shave and trim my facial hair. The design is great and it has a nice feel to the handle and the way it glides across my face in wonderful. It's given me a good clean and close shave each time. This pack came with six cartridges, which is better than the usual four pack! Keeps my skin moisturized all thru the day and night. I liked the cushioning gel pools that run along the top of the razor blades. I haven't had no irritation. Just be careful when using the first couple of times we're the razors are new they are sharp!
