Our 8-year-old loves it! Was thrilled and has been playing non-stop. Easily compliments other sets.
I LOVE THIS SET! It was all I could have hoped for. I primarily got this set because I wanted the huskies and the dog sled. But the igloo and the cute little emperor penguin just topped the cake. The igloo is quit spacious. I was also happy that you can open and close it to get easier access. To be honest, I am thinking of buying a second one and repainting the dogs just so that I can have more if the dogs, penguins and another igloo.
I love the sets that come with some out of “home” feature for the animals. This igloo is so cute and fun for imaginations to create a home for the penguins. We love the whole set and play with it for hours!
Not my favorite set but we have a kiddo that loves penguins and dogs so we really just got the set for the animals. Turns out, it goes great with the polar bears and other cold weather animals too. Easy to put together and fun. Ended up getting this from Target of all places.
There are so many fun possibilities for this fun set! The dogs are adorable and the penguin chick is cute as can be. There is a slide on the igloo for the penguin to slide down and a little see saw on the bottom! So fun! The dogs attach easily to the sled for fun exploring in the ice and snow!
I bought this for my son who loves the story of Balto. It was an immediate hit. Balto and his friends have been saving lives in Alaska, and traveling to visit their polar bear friends.
My kids love this set so much! Perfect for imaginative play and per Schleich usual - top quality! Excited to have added this to our Schleich collection.
