Best you will buy, fit is perfect, very comfortable, size is a little small but by ordering the next size up solves that. These thongs last for ever, well almost. These are my 4th pair in 15yrs and 2 of them are serviceable but just for around the yard. These new ones are my "going to town" pair.

As going barefoot indoors is no longer an option due to Capsulitis condition, I needed to choose footwear cooler than slippers with support. Figured I’d give this very nice flip-flop a try. Although I don’t need the distinct arch support, this style is working for my purposes. Great option to wearing my athletic shoes (with custom orthotics) + socks from morning to night when at home.
Ordered these for support of my right leg--have no cartilage left in my knee and have become flat-footed, so am in terrible pain in most any shoe or "flip flop" I have ever worn! I get emails from some podiatrists and two recommended the Vionic Wave. So far, it is THE very best "flip flop" I have worn. I do have to wear socks with them though or they slip. It took about 3 days to "feel right" in them but now I love them. Since they were rather pricey, I hope they last. Not too sure they will but if they do I will be a "customer for life" as so far there is no other flip flop that has helped as much as these. I can be "almost pain free" wearing these around the house!Very comfy after about 3 days wear...for me, at least. We'll see! For now, I AM pleased...have been wearing them only about 2 weeks though. Sure hope they are the "answer to my problem" since I do NOT want to go though another knee replacement surgery!
The first pair l bought from Terry White really liked them. I then ordered 3 pairs exactly the same Orthaheel at a good price on E-bay. The whole 3 lasted less than the first pair l had. The toe divider stretched and was hard to control walking in them with your toes curled up trying to hang on, then that came out of its socket. Then the side straps come away from the thong on another pair. My last pair are all stretched and loose , even walking up stairs they catch on the step nearly tripping me over. Each pair lasted about 4-5 months. the first pair l had lasted over 2 years. Shame on Orthaheel going cheapy on sticking them altogether.

I have never been a flip-flop/sandal guy, but I need something I can slip into and out of easily, multiple times a day. My wife is a total sandal gal and has been wearing these for 2-3 years. I developed pretty severe plantar fasciitis 3 years ago. I bought some Drew Men’s Canyon boots and some Spence house shoes here and have had them about 2 years. They are the best shoes I’ve ever owned and have really changed my quality of life tremendously by allowing me to be on my feet for extended periods without significant foot and heel pain. Now, these sandals arrived a few days ago and I’ve hardly stopped wearing them since. Never have I worn sandals that did not hurt my feet or irritate me between the toes with that sandal thing. Of course two days after arrival, my well-loved, well-worn original brown ones showed up. The 3-4 year-old ones show little wear compared to the new ones; Vionic is seemingly indestructible.
