As usual, Motocard securely packed my order and delivered to my UK address on-time via UPS. The C4 Legacy is a high quality product for sure - it's well put together, sleek, lightweight, fairly quiet - and does not make you look like you're wearing a 1950's Soviet Cosmonaut goldfish-bowel on your head!! I do find that it's a little more tight-fitting (particularly when putting it on) - compared with my same-sized (M) Schuberth, open-faced M1 - but it's still very comfortable for my oval shaped turnip once I've got it on. A point of note is that the Matte finished Legacy seems very slippery to hold, so be extra careful when handling it with dry hands. Overall it's a great quality, good-looking high-end lid at a truly amazing price from who else but Motocard. Recommended!... Show more

Great helmet, amazing quality build and materials. The air vents provide excellent ventilation, the top one is even a bit unpleasant outside of summer weather because the cold air is directly blowing onto the drivers head. Downside is the color that is extremly vulnerable to dirt, especially from your gloves. I have black traces from a single ride. But I guess this heavily depends on your gloves and how you treat them.... Show more

Fits way better than the C3Pro no crushing at the forehead. I have an intermediate-oval shape and this C4 is comfortable and right on in the size dept. My measurement is 59cm and a Large fit great, a bit tight but that is how it should fit when new. The C3Pro fit tight too but the forehead was uncomfortably tight. The new design is much better with no pressure on the forehead. Well built, top of the food chain kit.... Show more

Absolutely perfect helmet
I needed helmet which is lightweight, quiet, aerodynamically shaped. This helmet meets every single one of those assumptions. It sits perfectly on my head ( first ride, helmet was really really tight and I wasnt sure with size... however after 1 day of riding it sits absolutely perfect without any movement). Aerodynamically, just one word - awesome... I have ridden very often more than 200 km/h and no buffeting, no head shake, no problem with noise (without ear plugs) - I have Supersport (faired) bike, however, mostly I am not 100% tucked... Real weight of my model is 1390g (size S with shield), which is like a feather on head. Before this I had Shark S650, and I have to say that the difference between those helmets is definitely like day and night....... Show more

A great helmet - quiet and comfortable
I was very pleased with the comfort and fit of my new Schuberth Basic C4 Helmet. The fit shape suited my head shape and it is a helmet I would class as a intermediate oval head shape. The actual comfort zone on head shape is when your ratio of head length to head width is about 80 - that is (Head Width (side to side) divide Head Length (front to back) multiply by 100) = 80. I would recommend that you go up 1 size when getting a Schuberth C4 Basic or Pro - for some that could mean if you normally take a XXL then get a Schuberth in 2XL size. The new inner lining is thicker (hence my advise to go up 1 size) but very comfortable.ChromeBurner gave me a great price on the helmet and very fast FedEx shipping to Australia.A great helmet and great service.... Better save for the best - C4
Once again comfirmed a rule - better save for the best, than spend more buyng several "cheaper", "better value for money" items while trying to save. Build quality, lining, not mentioning never to have meddle with outside intercomms, microfones - superb. Have Schuberth R1 for almost 10 years now - still better helmet then those new ones with photochromic visors, other nicks and nacks while returning to flip up C4.... Show more

DONT MISS OUT ON THIS DEAL!!!
If there any in stock in your size, buy one. Here is my list of pros and cons. PROS The fit was spot on. I wear an xl in most at 60cm head size. Love the latch instead of the double D ring feels more secure and very simple to release. The sunshade is awesome and works great with glasses. The double pain shield does a great job on the cooler days. Stops the fogging up effect. Last very high quality for any price but at the sale price. 399.95 makes it a steal. CONS The only thing against the helmet is the weight. It is slightly heavier than my last helmet by 6 oz.. After wearing it for a short time and taking advantage of all the features it is well worth the added weight.... Show more

Good value at this price.
I was going to buy the shoei neotec 2 to replace my neotec when I saw the c4 schuberth clearance priced about 1/2 the price.I must say that at this price point, it is a hell of a helmet, however, had I paid the regular price, I would be VERY disappointed. In my opinion, if your going to pay around 800 dollars for a premium helmet, and the integrated speaker system isn't one of your priorities, the neotec or neotec 2 are quieter, have more features, and are more comfy than the c4.-m-2012 KAWASAKI Concours (ABS) ZG1400A--... Schuberth C4 - Spark
Helmet fits well. Great visor & exceptional viewing area. Helmet is close fit which is reassuring but not uncomfortable & is effectively part of you. The ratchet clasp is great permitting easy adjustment for each time putting it on. Also release mechanism very easy to operate with gloves on. Much quieter than my previous helmets & the ventilation system effective & gentle both at visor & at top of helmet. Helmet looks elegant & nicely coloured but I found the painted surface scratches easily. Looking more closely there is no clearcoat/lacquer finish so the external surface finish is relatively delicate. Need to be careful with this helmet throughout its life.... Show more
