Schwarzkopf BLONDME Toning is designed to work in combination with BLONDME Premium Developers and are designed for blonde tone enhancement or neutralisation of unwanted warm tones and is ideal for hair that has been pre-lightened and naturally blonde bases 9 and lighter. Formulated with Bond Enforcing Technology which protects the hair structure during processing for minimised hair breakage. It is suitable for hair that has been pre-lightened and naturally blonde bases 9 and lighter. Mix in equal parts (1:1) with Schwarzkopf BlonddMe Premium Developer, using 2% for pre-bleached or pre-lightened hair or 6% on natural blondes.
