I love this shampoo! I bought it because my hair is very damaged from using my hair straightner too much!! It comes out white and creamy and has a nice smell. It leaves my hair feeling soft and silky. I usually rotate my shampoos and use this one every third wash or so. I wouldnt like to use this everday as it is quite a 'strong' shampoo which sort of leaves your hair feeling like it has buildup in it. Worth it though as it makes my hair so soft!! I think this shampoo does what it says on the label...Great price aswell!

Secondly, the Ultimate Repair variety leaves a few knots and my hair is a bit less soft than with the Oil Nutritive variety. I'm sure these results will vary with each person's hair type. I strongly recommend both as good shampoos.
