Absolutely useless. Used on my sons hair hoping for black from brown. Didn’t take at all, tried it twice, left it longer the second time, same result. Would not recommend this product.

Dont waste your money on this product.. I have been using this for 20 odd years and loved it.. it has completly changed! the formula is not the same as the previous product.. poor colour and made my hair a green colour, wont use again, go back to the old formula as this is unusable.. very disappointed!

Discussing product, left in for 30 minutes and washed out once dried looked at results my hair still was exactly the same as before I dyed it, did not cover any Grey hair and turned the Grey hair into a tinge of green! This product does not do as it says and wasted money! Needs to be reported to consumer rights.
Couldn't get in to my regular hairdresser for an appointment, so bought a semi-permanent to tide me over the holiday period. Have natural brown hair with a mid-darker brown colouring on the ends. This product dyed my natural regrowth a greeny/yellow/brown colour. Also did not cover greys.
They say its the same product as before but it absolutely is not. The old product worked well and gave a nice chocolate brown. The new formula gives a disgusting brassy yellow. I'm really annoyed with Schwartzkopf for ruining a really great and reliable product. DO NOT BUY!
For many years the Schwarzkopf LIVE colour - deep black - in the sachets gave excellent results to add a lovely shiny and healthy charcoal glow to my slowly greyiing hair! Then they brought out the tubes... and what disaster it is. The product is completely different, dries out the hair and turns the greyishnes into a terrible brassy brown colour! How is it possible to change a product from excellent to rubbish? I bought a second tube thibking it might have been a dudd... but it was actually werse that the firs. PLEASE SAVE YOUR NMAE AND BRING BACK THE OLD PRODUCT or you will loose every single sad customer!
Disappointed with this purchase. I’ve been wanting to go a purple for a while now and finally mustered up the courage to give it a go. I was drawn to the product as it said it’s semi-permanent and washes out in 12 washes, which appealed to me should I dislike it. I followed the instructions to the letter and made sure this was the right product for my hair type. Unfortunately, when I rinsed the product out of my hair - it felt like everything washed out. I have dried my hair and it’s basically just a slightly darker brown to what I started with.Bit of a waste of money, definitely won’t be buying this product again.
Terrbile, dye looks brown, but thats no problem, as it does not leave any colour at all in your brown hair. WARNING do not use on blonde hair unless you want copper red.In my daughters natural blonde hair, she had a hint of pink, and even without washing, it faded out in 2 days! Absolute waste of money - same as Lilac - avoid!
i was very excited to dye my hair. i read the reviews and i see it on 1 star. i thought to just ignore the reviews and dye my hair- made me into a horrible shade of yellow mixed with diorea colour. PLEASE DONT BUY IT YOU ARE PROBABLY NOT GOING TO LISTEN BUT TRUST ME U WILL REGRET ITTTT
