Bought this a year ago and was astounded by how quiet and powerful it was. We do Asian styled cooking frequently and the rangehood handles the smoke and smell easily. Being able to have a conversation while it is in operation is a nice change too. Filter is also easy to clean and makes life much easier overall.

I barely use my induction cooktop under our range hood as it continuously drips water back onto the food that is cooking underneath. I can only cook if I stand there wiping up the water drops before they fall. You sent “your technician” who approved the installation so proceed to open the roof flap so we now have flies dying in there over the summer that have to be cleaned out before I can cook. No answers no resolution and you have just added to the issues to the already poor performing unit.
