Well refreshing, 2 years ago I would have scoffed at using things like this but now my training has increased I've learnt how they help to keep hydrated and I can push further and recover quicker. Found they were a massive help at Glastonbury festival keeping hydrated while it was hot and after to many ciders 😃🤙🤙
