Absolute game changer. Have one of these in the last hour of a race or during the warmup to a TT. Feel great and hit the numbers. Tastes great and I feel like it gives me a mental and physical boost.

I find them an easily digestible alternative to bars & provide the required energy boost when required. Both flavours are pleasant with the unusual combination of Strawberry & Lime being my favourite.

I use the Beta Fuel gels for my long run workouts and they work good for me. They are quiet expensive though. With 80g per hour you need 4-6 gels per long run which is 11-17€ per session. In a 20 week program equates to eyedropping 300+€ in gels.

I have already tested the product. My feeling are a little bit confused. I feel better after the standard SIS gel rather than after the Beta Fuel with nootropics. I feel better (stronger) and the taste is better too. I do not understand that I feel better after the gel with less amount of sugar….? On the other hand I should test it more….

Best tasting gel ever
14 January 2023

These might be more expensive but given you use half as many its good value. You also carry less. The regular SIS gels are easy to take without water but these are even smoother. Strawberry lime tastes amazing, let alone fora gel. I’ll definitely get more and save for race days. As for the store fuelld are amazing., So quick to sort orders and usually included are little notes of thanks on the invoices, great personal experience and top notch customer service that is rare these days.

Perfect for an ultra
23 August 2023

I purchased a box of the gels for a ultra marathon I was competing in over the weekend, mainly as they are high in carbs and easy to get down. They worked perfectly, easy to get down, carry and didn't upset my stomach at all. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

FINALLY someone has the flavours right for gels. This one may be too sweet for some, but it's pleasant even when it's been in your pocket for a few hours and gets a little warm.

Sis beta fuel gels
12 April 2023

Sis beta fuel gels have almost twice the carbs as their regular gels per gram/sachet. Taste much better too. Will be buying again. 5/5 service from sigma as always.

Taste incredible, perform even better.

These gels were my go to when I recently completed my first competitive half marathon. I held a faster pace for much longer than I ever have before and I'm certain it was the result of the Beta Fuel gels I was using. These will be a staple in my kit from now on.

Very impressed
2 May 2022

Was a little apprehensive about this product. I wanted not only the high carb hit but also the mental stimulation which I often benefit from late in a race. Worried the high caffeine could lead to stomach issues or headaches, but after testing in a long run, had no such issues. Just a nice steady energy boost and could definitely sense the caffeine and other ingredients. Will be using in races with 'regular' SiS gels.
