Being a weight-trainer for some 25+ years I've always been a bit wary of wild and wacky flavours of whey protien, having had some really horrible ones in the past but I've used Scitec Stawberry protien powder for a couple of years now and both my partner and I like that flavour. As I couldn't find an 'all strawberry' box I was prepared to try out these selection pouches as they were easier to pack in a suitcase for our holiday for post-workouts, expecting some of them to be not to our liking... how wrong I was, they are ALL DELICIOUS, especially if made up in a shaker with ice-cool mineral water. Some were a little sweet but I was not disappointed and would happily recommend this product.
By far my favourite protein! Amazing flavours! Keeps my sweet tooth under control. Choc Peanut butter is my go to! Isn't too thick, I usually either make protein pancakes with it or mix it with milk on my cereal but tastes great in both just water or milk!
Item arrived in 2-3 days (quite quick) package was in excellent condition, bottle was unopened, sealed and the same what i ordered. That was the cheapest price I found on google. I am very happy!
I love this protein powder. I got the chocolate hazelnut one and it works well mixed with greek yoghurt, as a shake, I've even made brownies and chocolate muffins with it. The texture is really lovely and silky, unlike other brands which are often claggy. Love it!
This is great stuff. I had been using the regular vanilla but the vanilla ice cream flavor is much better. It's very versatile for it mixes easily with just about any juice for a very nice flavor. It's even good mixed with plain water. I drink it every day.
Based on the book Protein Power, my wife and I both increased our intake of protein. After trying several whey protein powders, we settled on Optimum Nutritions 100% Gold Standard. It gave us the protein we needed and all of the flavors we have tried have been delicious. We are hooked and use it almost every day to supplement our protein needs.
I think this is an excellent staple protein flavor to have in your arsenal. Can be thrown into smoothies, yogurt, pancakes, oatmeal etc with super ease. I also think it's absolutely delicious in milk (or milk alternatives). I think the only downside to it is that the flavor is rather lackluster when mixed with just water. It's not chalky or gross, just pretty bland. But...since I've been able to incorporate it onto so many things I've easily gone through a 5lb. Will definitely repurchase
