The supplement is typically consumed in powder form, various flavors, varying sizes and mild tastes.

Many people criticize BCAA products, claiming there is no scientific evidence of their effectiveness. Perhaps so, but the proof is in the pudding. XTEND is so effective that it cannot be a mere placebo effect. Two scoops are more effective than one, especially for very long and strenuous workouts. I feel it is particularly important for high-rep workouts, as it helps with endurance.Among all the flavors, my favorite is watermelon. It’s good to change flavors from time to time, but watermelon is definitely my go-to. I suggest drinking it ice cold.

I am an expert do not go with just the 3 aminos Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine what you need is all 9 essential amino's if you want recovery and muscle protein synthesis, but your better off eating food for growth like eggs contribute to more actual muscle tissue than BCAA's or any liquid form of amino's I tested this theory out for 6 years and found more growth with actual foods like eggs beef, chicken is more about repairing your muscle than size of your muscle. I found Eggs and Beef more for size. mix veggies and salad with that for health and your good to go for lean muscle gains. I do like the flavour of these though they are A/ unhealthy for you and B/ do not do anything as it doesn't contain all the essential amino acids, and thus anything with just the 3 aminos ... MoreI am an expert do not go with just the 3 aminos Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine what you need is all 9 essential amino's if you want recovery and muscle protein synthesis, but your better off eating food for growth like eggs contribute to more actual muscle tissue than BCAA's or any liquid form of amino's I tested this theory out for 6 years and found more growth with actual foods like eggs beef, chicken is more about repairing your muscle than size of your muscle. Yeah it's safe to say not only a scamming industry but also one that can cause the end of life. I recently bought another one because it was cheaper than 46 quid, and not for myself, people just won't listen to knowledge, and since I'm not one to judge anyone, to each their own. I just hope he doesn't live to regret this. -Update-2- I did some research on something important, the industry likes to over price this at 50-70 for 1KG at some point they put the price down so those 1-2 year left expiry dates come closer to the end of life, they also put the price down to make sales at certain times, to make you think it's more valuable than it is. The truth is the price shouldn't be more than 30 for 1KG as once opened the air in the tub begins to oxidize, oxidation degrades fast with time and temperatures and oxygen inside the tub, unless you can figure out a way to vacuum seal the tubs they come in. The price should be really low as it can only be used for shorter amount of time possibly under 2-3 weeks before it starts to really degrade fast. Higher temperatures will degrade this even faster. store in cold dry place.
