Scope Clamp Lamp Black

Great lamp, but comes without a bulb, which was a surprise as the description implies it's LED, whereas its just a GU10 fitting.

Complete waste of time and money. Need to buy a light globe separately and the socket is such poor quality that it's impossible to fit the globe. I bought two lamps and it was the same for both. Globe flips about in the socket and does not work. Frustrating as the globes are also expensive. If this is the quality now on offer at T&W, I won't be buying here again.

Useful lamp. The paintwork can get a little chipped and it looses it's staying power over time.

Great light, clamps to the back of the bedhead and can be adjusted to shine anywhere you like. Terrific purchase

5/10

Stylish and convenient however extremely difficult to fit globes (tried several brands) as they are too short to manoeuvre into position. Long globe highly recommended but are hard to find. Works with ‘Osram LED Performance’ from Bunnings or ‘Lusion Dimmable’ sold online. Long globes will protrude out the end of lampshade which doesn’t look as good but personally still worth the fuss as it was otherwise exactly what I required and ended up purchasing a second one.

FLEXIBLE, PORTABLE, BRIGHT LIGHT.

This is a great little light. Flexible and bright. I am going to purchase my third one as it can fit to anything. The only reason I gave it 4-stars is because of the degree of difficulty getting the bulb in place. If you have biggish fingers, you may have to use someone with little fingers.

Good reading light

I am happy with the Scope 1 Light Desk Lamp With Clamp. It provides enough light for me to read with. I did have a lot of difficulty inserting a globe into the lamp. Three members of my family struggled with and failed to insert the globe into the lamp. With a bit of ingenuity we finally managed to insert the globe into the lamp (and yes, I checked multiple times that I had bought the correct globe for the lamp), but it was not an easy process.

My Mum loves it

I bought this light for my Mum, she loves it, the bet thing is it’s flexible neck and the clamp system as we have limited space.

Not quite what I wanted

The lamps were not really a brass colour, more like steel. A disappointment. Also very difficult to attach to bed frame. The bulbs were also extremely difficult to insert. However the lamps are all right as reading lamps.

Only ok

Looks nice but smaller than I thought it would be. The globe is very difficult to insert given the size of the shade. Also gets extremely hot and could burn you.
