I soaked my lawn with a decent hosing even after it had been raining on and off for 2 days. Put the fertiliser on, says to wait 24 hours to water in. Wasn't even 12 hours and I have patches burnt all over my lawn, I quickly watered in but damage is already done. Very peeved off and would never, ever buy this product again. Back to square one again. Absolute waste of money.

I use to buy this 5 times a year multiple bags as I have a big property. It was much cheaper. It is a decent product and I was happy to use it. Since changing the price of it I then switched to certified organic fertiliser and the difference is amazing. It took a lot longer for organic fertiliser to build up but it provides the micro organisms with the best food and not the toxic stuff.My lawns are much more resilient and my native trees and plants are growing so much better.Would never buy this stuff again due to much research and realising how bad the chemicals are that are left in the soil. Anything that takes time is definitely well worth it

My front lawn was looking dead because it gets the western sun and next to no water. Even when it rains, it doesn’t green up as much as it used to when it was first laid down.I used this once and it is now the greenest lawn in the street. It still is getting weeds through it but hoping that it will get stronger and prevent this soon.My backyard is usually quite green but it helped the small patches that were brown.

My lawn was looking quite bald and brown and wanted to look for something to revive it, ever since I started to apply this fertiliser, my lawn is now looking a lot more greener and fuller, it took maybe a few days to a week to see the result. Overall, great product!
I have used this product every year for the past three years on my lawn and find this product to be the best on the market. Much easier if you also use the Scott's hand spreader for even distribution to give an even spread.
Tried this instead of Scotts Extreme Green (EG). Happy, but -1 star because the granules are dark gray. The Xtreme Green have white granules so they are far easier to spot. Positives: no manure smell, product are ACTUALLY granules and not a bag of dust that easily blew away. No clumps that you need to break off. Watering in optional but I still water them in 24h later.
This is a good all purpose lawn fertilizer. Easy to use, with a spreader! $ times a year and it keeps a lawn going. A bit expensive. My local Bunnings was only selling small packs, a very expensive way to buy it. For 4 applications you really need the large bag.
I followed all the directions, measured my lawn and exact amount required. Dampened the lawn prior, applied required amount and then watered in. Nothing, absolutely no response. I have watered much more than normal. I applied another lot 18 days later. Same procedure and nothing. For me it has been a waste of money and more water applied. I refrained from owing so that I wouldn't suck up the fertiliser.
Bought this because of so many positive reviews and Scotts is usually a less crappy brand sold at Bunnings. I used it as per instructions and it absolutely fried my lawn. within a week huge patches were dead or dying. The lawn did come back after a couple of months of watering and Seasol but will never use Scotts fertilizers again.
Works really well on our 1yo sir walter lawn. I apply it with the Scotts brand pull along spreader. There are instructions for the correct release gauge setting for this spreader on the bag, so you're applying the right amount, not burning your lawn.15kg is good value but need to seal leftovers in bag and store in a very dry area or it will clump into a rock!
