I've used this to record voice and acoustic instruments (recorder and mandolin). The sound is extremely lifelike when placed a couple of metres away from the sound source. I have not tried it with a larger ensemble with the mic placed at a greater distance yet. I can anticipate using this mic frequently.

This mic easily competes with mics 2-3x it's price (e.g. 414, TLM series). You hear that a lot but in this case it's absolutely true. On my vocals it is incredibly clear and natural with a nice top end but does not emphasize sibilance as many mics in this price range do. On drums, the titanium capsule gives it a very fast transient response that delivers a great punchy sound. This works so well on outside kick drum that I would be perfectly happy using it without an inside kick mic if necessary. I have no doubt this will do well on any source I put in front of it.
| Sensitivity | 28mv/pa-31 ± 1dB |
| Polar Pattern | Omni, Cardioid, supercardioid, Figure 8 |
| Impedance | ≤ 50 Ohms |
| Equivalent Noise Level | 14dB(A weighted) |
| Power Requirement | Phantom power 48V±4V |
