Super easy to set up and take down when the sudden thunderstorm threatens. The fabric is very comfortable. I have the double and it's comfortable in the heat. When it gets cold or buggy it's large enough to pull it over like a burrito for heat or protection. I have the lime green which also is bright and gives off a positive vibe. I highly recommend this hammock.

I love this thing for chilling in the backyard and so do my kids. I purchased the double for extra luxury & you can pull the sides over to form a cocoon & seal out the elements. Slings are generously long and easy to use + very secure. I added the Etherlight XT pad and AEROS down pillow for maximum comfort. I plan on using it to camp this summer on backcountry fishing trips. A+!

This width and length offer ample room for a great sleep option if you like to hang among the trees. The optional rain fly and bug net make a perfect package. The hammock tree protectors complete the system. The fabric is extra-soft and light, breathable, and fast-drying. Stuffs down to the size of a beer can and is super light. The hammock also packs down really well in the stuff sack.The only gripe I have is that the buckles on either end are super tiny. If you are thinking, like I did, that you might use a couple of carabiners on each end to affix the hammock to your own webbing, think again. They won't fit. I ended up having to use a couple of ratchet straps that had small hooks that could fit in the buckles. Basically what I'm saying is it might be a good idea to also include in your budget the straps Sea to Summit makes specifically for this hammock that fit the tiny buckles. Just spent 1st night in the StS double. It is a dream to setup. The stuff sack stays attached and you connect 1 end then pull the hammock out as you walk to the other strap. If you had put up tarp 1st., you would keep everything dry. The bug net is great. You pull the net over the hammock while it is setup; like putting on a sock. When you have it on it has draw strings to close it around the strap. There is a spreader pole to keep it off of you and draw strings to tighten it up. The zippered door is easy to get in and out of.The nights sleep was not perfect, but I think I can improve on it by changing the tension, height, etc.. My NeoAire pad (xl) is not the ideal shape.
