Beautiful color , comfortable straps you get what you pay for! Ive tried other dry bag brands and no one comes close! If your looking for a durable hiking bag for any condition this is the one. The only thing i wish this bag had is a lil pocket on the inside , it would be a good touch to be able access phone and keys easier!

I bought my first Hydraulic Dry Pack for a month long Grand Canyon raft trip. It exceeded all expectations and all of my friends were jealous. First, it has the classic roll top closure which is tried and true keeping things dry. The backpack straps are more than comfortable for slinging it over your shoulder and lugging it from the beach to camp. However, the lash tabs are my favorite feature. Each day I'd typically place this bag on the top of the rig pile to have straps cross over the body of the bag and attach securely in four separate spots. Our stuff wasn't going anywhere! Naturally I had to buy a second bag, I'm hooked!

I have tested alot of packs and this pack is hands down a must have. The durability and thick walls will take all of the stress and worries of getting your gear wet. Let it rain! I was tired of my gear getting wet from water in the canoe and simple paddle splashes. This pack removes that leaving you relaxed and dry. This pack makes packing up fast, just open the top and quickly drop your gear in...no need for straps, 20 some zippers and hunting to find what pocket you put your gear in. I have the 90L and that fits all the personal gear for 2 on a week plus trip. Tent, sleeping bags, clothes, rain gear, etc...with room to spare.

Pros: the pack is robust . Its should put up with a lot of abuse. I like the modularity of the harness system.Cons: the inside is a black hole. Needed to be white inside to see whats in there. Also the hip belt is very small. Im 6’2 with a 38 inch waist and Im having to max out the belt. Far to small. Even then its tight.
Used this bag on a trip to Mexico and needed somethine weatherproof that was comfortable enough to wear while walking around towns and in airports. I have a shorter torso so the adjustable points on the back harness are awesome and waist belt functioned well - note that it's not as padded as a true backpacking backpack. Nice that it rolls up for storage, especially helpful for trips involving boats. 120L is HUGE and would comfortably hold a small person while still being able to roll down and clip the top. Got the yellow color and while it looks great out of the bag, the airlines did a number on it so it looked weathered and used after 1-flight, which I was happy about so I didn't look like a newb. I think this pack has the most ideal suspension system. There are other systems out there that can optimize carrying on your back but they lose packability on the boat. I can strap this to the back of my non Tyzip packraft or put it inside the rear area of my Tyzip packraft. I remove the straps to remove entrapment hazards when I strap it to the back of my boat. It can be a little difficult to remove and reattach the center harness point especially with cold hands but it works. This bag is also among my most durable drybags and possibly better sealing. I have the 65L and the 120L packs and am happy with both.
I’ve used this pack on a scouting high adventure where we boat in to a remote location on Molokai and have to swim our gear about 100 yds through the surf to get to our campsite. It kept my gear dry. When I went to use it a couple of years later one of rubber straps had torn off. When I contacted the warranty department they took one look at the photo of the damage and sent me a new pack right away! Awesome customer service and awesome warranty!!
These bags are great. I stacked three 65 liter, and carried a couple of smaller ones, on my motorcycle for a roadtrip along the eastern seaboard and the Atlantic Provinces of Canada. I used multiple colors to know what was in each bag. NOTHING got wet except for me. I feel that I would be hard pressed to find something that would suit my needs better than these Sea to Summit Hydraulic Bags.
The shoulder straps carry well and the buckles seem beefy for heavy use. The bag material has held up so far but seems thin and is showing signs of wear after moderate use. (12ish days in and out of river boats and rafts). My biggest complaint is I wish there were straps that synched across the top and not just the one roll down buckle to waterproof seal the bag. It seems like if it went swimming or flipped in a raft it may leak a bit. (But I haven’t tested that yet). Otherwise very functional and happy with the purchase.
We bought these for our second boundary waters trip. We are long distance backpackers, so we have that back ground. I wasn’t sure if I would like these pack because I’m 5’1” 115# female. I was able to adjust the straps and found it very comfortable. We had no leaks, easy to open close, the extra outer straps were very helpful with extra equipment. I highly recommend this pack.
