The Sea to Summit Tek Towel is an ultra-soft microfibre fabric that is absorbent and quick drying. Great for camping, backpacking, the beach or gym. The Tek Towel can absorb up to 6 times its weight in water, as the incredibly fine Nylon/Polyester fibre blend has deep channels along its length that give it an enormous surface area. When woven into a fabric, it becomes a very soft fabric that is ten times more absorbent than cotton. Being a synthetic, though, the fabric can easily be wrung out and dries very quickly. Quick drying fabric is not only much more efficient and practical; it can be much more hygienic than fibres that retain moisture which promotes bacterial growth. The mesh zipped pouch allows air to circulate so it'll continue drying even when packed.
