Seachem Flourish Flourish is a comprehensive plant supplement for the natural freshwater aquarium. It contains a rich assortment of important micro elements, trace elements and other nutrients. These include calcium, magnesium, iron and other important elements that have been shown to be beneficial to aquatic plants. For macro element (NPK) fertilization, use Flourish Nitrogen, Flourish Phosphorus or Flourish Potassium as needed. Flourish is safe for invertebrates such as shrimp. Flourish is designed to be used in conjunction with other macro and micro-nutrient supplements. Other manufacturers try to include ALL necessary nutrients, leading to overdoses of micro-nutrients in an attempt to raise macro-nutrient levels. Directions Use 1 capful (5 mL) for each 250 L (60 US gallons) once or twice a week. For smaller doses, please note that each cap thread is approximately 1 mL. Amazing product, made my aquatic plants look nicer, especially in a heavily planted tank with a ton of competition for nutrients, and it's invertebrate safe which makes it perfect for my little shrimp colony. A little goes a long way though, saw a lot of algae after dosing twice a week, took it down to once a week and everything was good. Definitely recommend.

I was not sure if I should order comprehensive, but I am glad I did. I got the 250ml and the bottle is big at only $4.48 this is a good deal!. This will last me a long time as my planted tank is a 5.5g tank. The shipping was fast and it came wrapped very nicely; no leaks. Give this product A++++ Thank you PetMountain for such a great product!

This product is incredibly susceptible to heat. The product has before opening has a foul stench. Seachem Flourish does not have any form of measurements for smaller tanks. They're unit of measurement is by threads on the the cap which is inaccurate. The product also leaks after usage from the cap. This product is more expensive than API Leaf Zone which my local petco did not have in stock I will be sticking with API products. This product killed my 2 year old Zebra Angel and Bala Sharks.

I've only had this plant fertilizer for 2 weeks, so have only used it twice, but I've heard nothing but good things about it on my fish message boards. EVERYONE recommends it. Fish keepers that have been in the hobby for 30+ years sing its praises, so figured I couldn't go wrong. I was having an algae problem, and was told I might have an imbalance, so in addition to root tabs for the plants, I bought this too.
I use this alone to add nutrients for the plants. I started out with a scraggly bunch of Anacharis and a sad looking Anubias. I had very little growth of either before I started using Flourish. Within two weekly administrations of the chemical I started seeing rapid growth. I now have a forest of Anacharis and the Anubias is growing pretty fast for being a slow-growing plant. I have to use it sparingly, because even in my heavily planted aquarium, an excess of the supplement leads to my tank walls getting covered in algae. Just goes to further show how well it works!
