When the SUP arrived, I inflated it to find the valve was not glued to the board and therefore had quite a decent leak. There was no way to speak on the phone to access help. The only way to make contact was via email. I received a reply email that outlined how to repair it myself... the video showed how to repair a hole... nothing like what I was faced with. But also, I found it strange that I was expected to repair a faulty item. Is that why it was a little cheaper than the original price? Is that what all customers should expect,ā itās cheaper because itās faulty but we wonāt tell you that, weāll let you figure that out and then expect that you repair it yourself!!????āIāve since packed it up to send off for āassessmentā, no offer of refund. Brilliant. Easy to inflate, very stable and easy to pack up. Highly recommend. Love it.
Due to inclement weather have not had a chance to use on the water but do not expect any issues as we have had both boards inflated since Xmas day and no leaks etc.
Very impressed with this board and the full package. Postage was really quick too.
I could not believe just how solid these things are! Havent been on the water yet but this product is awesome and of absolutely great quality. Will be buying another very soon for Summer!
Easy to store when deflated. Pump gives a warm up exercise inflating it and then the balance work out while using too. Have had light cuts on hands that may be from the pump or paddle handle after use twice. Have used as SUP and with seat. Still improving with each go. So far good product.
Exactly what the description said. Very quick to inflate and also deflate, light to carry, lightweight paddle. Great value for money for a 1st SUP.
