I was very positively surprised by the mount. It was very well packaged and was delivered without any problems. The assembly was quick and easy with the help of a friend. The stand should be tightened really well on the desk otherwise it will lean a little to one side as shown in the picture. But this is not a big deal and can be fixed quickly. After i moved the desk slightly away from the wall, i was able to move the monitor fully. Im using the 55 inch monitor from Samsung. With the two handles at the top and bottom, it can be moved perfectly as required. I would order it again at any time.

The Secretlab MAGNUS Monitor Arm (Heavy Duty Edition) is hands down the best monitor arm on the market, especially for ultrawide monitors or heavy setups, that I’ve tried. Its robust build quality and sleek design make it not only functional but also an aesthetic addition to any workspace. The stability and sturdiness of this arm is unmatched. Even with a larger, heavier ultrawide monitor (Neo G9 49”), there’s no sagging or wobbling. Whether you need height adjustments or different viewing angles, the arm handles it with ease. The smooth gas spring mechanism is responsive, allowing quick and effortless adjustments without needing tools.

It’s hard to get excited about something as seemingly mondain as a desk, but it starts to make sense when you look into the Magnus Pro.The list of reasons to get it is quite long, to be honest, and anybody who would consider buying this desk will know all about the great features. And I can confirm that it does live to the expectations and reviews (and price). It looks great, it sturdy, infinitely adjustable and practical thanks to the build it power column. If you are thinking about it, just do it.But word of advice, pay for assembly. Best money I ever spent. That thing is insanely heavy. So just do yourself a favour and pay that little bit extra.

Product was great overall. Biggest complaint was that the mount was not compatible with my Alienware AW3423DW, which is a pretty popular gaming 34" gaming monitor. Didn't learn this until after I had already purchased it and ended up having to research and purchase a 3rd party adapter plate. For how much the arm costs, I would have expected it to have an adapter or at the very least that Secret Labs would have offered one as an accessory. I suspect many of the large monitors do not have the standard mounts due to their size, so definitely check before ordering. All that said, it is a great mount with the expected outstanding Secret Labs solidity, ease of setup, and great overall quality.
The arm works without any issue! I have been using it for almost a month now. I don't need to reposition, so I expect it to last for a very long time. I am at "max" setting but am 2.4lbs under the max weight. The only thing I wish Secret labs would add on their website is a template for adapters. I didn't even think about this since the website says it supports Screen size capacity: 34” - 57” monitor. I presumed it came with hardware to mount VESA 300X200. Maybe its something they can add later on.This was still not an issue. I jumped on Amazon and looked for an adaptor. I receieved it 3 days later (but I did experience that inital disappointment of waiting another 3 days after receiving my Secret Labs hardware. If I had to do it all over again, I would purchase ... MoreThe arm works without any issue! I believe the LG C1s and C3s are really popular as monitors (and why not? OLED TV, GSync, 4K Ultra HD, >1 ms, etc).
First of all it is one of the few monitor arms that supports the omg huge heavy 57" Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 monitor.Setup it was pretty easy, instructions where simple to follow. If you are working on mounting a big heavy monitor bring a friend. You will need extra hands to put it on to the arm and tighten everything down!!I have been using the monitor arm for 3 weeks. I have not had any issues with it sagging, though the tension is almost maxed.Over all I dont have any complaints. I really do enjoys the arms on the mount, it makes it easy to reposion the monitor.
The SecretLab MAGNUS Heavy Duty Monitor Arm was expertly packaged. The craftmanship made installation super easy with no need for non-supplied tools. The monitor arm fit perfectly inside the opening on the back of the MAGNUS Pro desk with the tightening screw on top of the mounting braket for easy installation. Attaching the monitor arm was as simple as using four screws to attach the plate to the back of the monitor and sliding it onto the arm. The arm is sturdy and the tension is strong enough to handle the Alienware AW3423DWF I use with minimal added tension. The arm holds the monitor in whatever position I want without waverng. It doesn't drop or droop over time. I was skeptical about this purchase but now I am a true believer in it. The monitor arm feels robust, and it's worked swimmingly. I never used monitor supports before until I got my secret labs desk so I decided that if I go all in I might as well get the whole bundle. My OLED screen was 11 kg, which was just a little over the normal arm. Though I suspected that a normal arm would've held up perfectly I wasn't taking any chances with a 900 euro screen.Mounting the arm was easy! There's a mechanic how you can temporarily hold it in place and then two screws make it flush. There's a clear indication for how much resistance you'd like the screen mount to have. There's these two metal grips that allow you to move your screen without touching the screen which looks strange at first, but when you use them you quickly discover how nice that ... MoreThe monitor arm feels robust, and it's worked swimmingly. It also means less chance of you pulling and risking damage by grabbing your expensive screen.
I waited for and specifically ordered the Secretlab MAGNUS Monitor Arm (Heavy Duty Edition) for to be able to mount my Samsung C49HG9X monitor to my SECRETLAB MAGNUS PRO desk. When I assembled the monitor arm, the VESA mounting plate did NOT match all four holes. The specs for the Secretlab MAGNUS Monitor Arm (Heavy Duty Edition) states it supports 100 x 100mm and the Samsung C49HG9X VESA specs states it supports 100 x 100mm. Please see the attached pictures and tell me if I have done something wrong, or your VESA mounting plate is not engineered to support 100 x 100mm VESA mounts such as the one on the Samsung C49HG9X monitor. Please advise. Thank you.
