Really strong and awful flavour, which is not a good ingredient for people with chemical sensitivities, like salicylate. The taste is really overwhelming and they make my tongue burn a little. Other products from Seeking Health seem to be high quality. I’m sure the quality is fine but unpalatable.

This is my first time buying the supplements from this particular brand. So far I am happy with it; however, I wish that Zinc was available at a larger dose. I am taking it for fertility and I should take at least 50 mg a day. I will have to take Zinc at least three times a day to achieve the daily recommended dose, which becomes an inconvenience when you are already taking many other supplements. On the upside of it, I trust this brand and I realize that the reasoning behind a smaller dose (15 mg) is to ensure that it's easily absorbed by our bodies.

It did help with some of my craves that I suspected had much to do with zinc deficiency. Taste is fine. I like it. But its not too gentle on my stomach. Always feels a little uneasy after swallowing.
This is an AWESOME Zinc.The flavor isn't too bad.It does have a bit of a burning flavor, but not bad.I like that I get a good dose of Zinc.Definitely going to be getting again!
These are my absolute favorite. No water required because they are chewable. They taste great too. Just remember to eat a little something before or you might feel a little nauseous.
I love the form of zinc that these have and also that there aren’t too many added ingredients. The reason why I give it four stars is because I wish it came in bigger dosages. They go pretty quickly when you need to take 50 mg a day but I can take these on an empty stomach and I actually don’t get nauseous. I have a very sensitive gut, so that says a lot.
Can't rate it very high because of the taste. It is larger than expected and chalky and bitter sweet. I sent a couple of samples to my sister and she and her grandson didn't care for it either, both gave it a thumbs down. I will finish the bottle I opened and offered the unopened bottle to my brother. He said he'd give it a try.
I know that Zinc has many health benefits, but I purchased it for my nails. I read an article that Zinc is good for your nails. My nails had ridges and this really bothered me. So I ordered it and started taking it as instructed everyday. Within a few days I noticed a significant difference! I couldn't believe it, I was so happy! The lozenges do take awhile to dissolve but this doesn't bother me. I'm so happy that I purchased these!
