Seal on washing machine broke with in 3 months of use. Appliance online didn’t bring tools for installation had to lend them the tools and explain how to use a socket. Was put through multiple hoops and had over a month with out a washing machine before replacement arrived. Would reconnect the machine or appliance online for assisting with warranty process.

Great product and amazing value for money. The delivery guys were extremely transparent and guided me through the entire process. They also notified me of a tap leak I had and tested it to make sure it wasn't the fitting. I would definitely purchase again from this company. Unfortunately covid delayed the delivery which was frustrating but definitely worth the wait.

Good price, quick delivery, simple machine: the machine doesn't have a display, so you don't know what the duration of your washing program will be unless you look at the manual (which I'd recommend you to do, since some programs take 4+ hours and some only take 15 minutes). Besides that it's a nice simple washing machine that works well so far. Considering the price, I'm satisfied.

I bought this machine a month back and it has been very easy to use. It cleans clothes well and the different wash Cycles are very handy since I often use it for different kinds of washloads. I have an eighteen month old toddler, so I need to wash small batches quite frequently, which I do on the quick 15' cycle. The washing machine does a good job of this and leaves my clothes smelling good and feeling clean. Other than the spin cycle being a wee bit noisy, im very happy with my purchase.

I love the fact it has the 15 minute express wash cycle, so is great for quickly doing a sports wash after a gym or sport session and the fact it spins to 1600 rpm means they take less time to dry! Finally the machine was smaller than my previous one and so fit lovely in my laundry room, and the door opens really wide too, allowing me room for my basket in front of it when emptying it!! We got this for the garage purely to wash the dogs blankets. As we alternate around 6-8 blankets(actually towels) per week we only needed the smallest machine as only 2-4 towels would be getting washed. So this is perfect for that purpose. Or for someone living on their own. Maybe a couple/2 person family ….. Definitely not big enough for a family. The machine itself is great so just upsize this brand! Washes well and the wash cycle choices are vast. The only drawer back is the detergent drawer is very small and doesn’t come out far enough to get the powder in. Makes it a bit fiddly/awkward to use-but it’s not a major issue. Really happy with this purchase.
I bought this machine 4 weeks ago when my old one died. Appliances online were amazing. Fastest delivery, took my old machine and set up my new one! The machine itself works great! Perfect for a family of 2. Any more than 2 family members I would recommend this brand but a bigger capacity. Washes great - as a fake tan wearer I don't think my linen has ever been cleaner! It even removed very old stains. Will be purchasing their dryer next as I'm very impressed!
I bought this machine because I wasn’t in a position to get a brand I was more familiar with. I didn’t have high expectations because of the price. I’m super careful with my washing, always do gentle cycles as washing is what ages clothing, not wearing it. I am just as happy with the wash this machine gives as I was with my old AEG machine. The only difference being there are less options to adjust wash time and the machine is quite loud. But it does what it’s meant to well.
This one is better than Euromaid I replaced. It’s really efficient and great for the price. It’s a bit limited in spin speeds but I use lingerie bags. On the heavy duty cycle the clothes come out practically dry. 5 stars. And the team who delivered installed and removed were great too.
This machine is fantastic so easy to use and cleans so well my old machine must have really had its day . My cloths have washed up so clean I couldn’t believe it The sheets and blankets could fit so that’s a huge advantage to this little ripper iv bought the 8kg and it’s much bigger than I thought it would be
