This is a beautiful watch selling elsewhere for much more. Is it a Prospex, no it is not. I own a Prospex and they are pretty much the same and function alike (and likely it's the same in both). This is my new everyday watch and I have been buying Seiko since the early 70's and I know how rugged they are. You cannot go wrong with a Pro5.

Gorgeous new color way from Seiko. The mesh bracelet is very comfortable and the overall look of the watch is very stylish.
Was not a fan of the 5kx series of watches when it was first announced. But I decided to give it a shot anyway and now I'm so glad i did. It has become my favourite piece in the collection!The changes they've made have all been for the better for the average skx user (not deep sea divers). The upgraded movement was a sorely needed upgraded and the looks have been modernised without losing the skx's 'magic sauce'. I'd say all skx fans should at least wear one for a week before they judge it.
