A beautiful timepiece, I love every detail of the watch. My issue is this will go 50s too fast everyday so I have to send it to Seiko to regulate it :(

This watch represents the perfect balance between quality and affordability in dress watches. The face has a very unique herringbone zen garden design that channels an element of Seikos Japanese heritage. Coupled with the open heart and tasteful Roman numeral font the design far exceeds something you would usually find in the price range. On the underside you even get an open crystal face to veiw the automatic movement. The band and buckle are comfortable and have plenty of adjustment for most wrists. Overall with excellent build quality and tasteful unique styling as well as a reasonable price tag i couldn't recommend this watch enough.
We bought this watch for my son for his 21st birthday. We wanted an automatic watch that would stand the test of time.The Seiko zen garden ticked all the boxes. Classically stylish. The story behind the design adds a talking point.The open movement and glass back show this is craftsmanship and not just a piece of electronics.Extremely pleased.
