First, kudos to Marc and his team. I've purchased three four watches from LIWC and all arrive promptly in pristine condition. If you have a question, you'll likely get a same-day response. Excellent. LIWC will be one of my go-to, first options for future watch purchases. Now to this fantastic watch. This one hits all the marks for me. In power saving mode the analog hands temporarily freeze to......conserve power. If you want to check time in the middle of the night, don't expect your analog hands to be accurate. Why have (nice) lume on the analog hands if the watch routinely goes into power saving mode at night? To wake the watch up you have to activate a pusher or pull out the crown. Both require the "lock down" features for pusher/crown to be unlocked. Who leaves their water resistance watch in such a vulnerable state? But you'd have to if you expect accurate analog hand positions at night. The sleep function makes perfect sense. The power savings mode of this watch does not and is honestly just a really stupid design flaw. That and a 7 year projected life span for the LCD digital display are the only knocks I have for this otherwise excellent watch (i own several). Very nice and highly functional watch with one terrible design flaw, from a company with excellent prices and customer service. Not a whole lot more you could ask for.

They sent the watch back, and they had fixed the bezel, but not the dial, and the crown FELL OUT of the watch when I tried to use it. I contacted Starbuy, and the requested their help - I love the watch, and didn't want a refund, just help with my issues with it. Even though it was months since my purchase, they offered to replace it. Really good to know that these guys will back up their watches if something isn't right. I have had wanted to get a Seiko 'Arnie' for a while now and also wanted to get a dive watch with a 'Pepsi' bezel too. When this appeared in the sale it was a no brainer as combined both my needs. The watch sits nicely on my 7 1/2 inch wrist and the silicon strap is so soft it really makes a very comfortable all day long wear. It's very easy to set up, the instruction manual is clear and concise. I really like that the analogue and digital time are slaved to each other so no messing about setting up the time twice. The lume is probably the longest lasting on any of my watches, I could still see the markers after a long sleep in a very dark room. As it has 200m WR it is classed as a divers watch and as a former diver this would easily be a decent tool for the average ... Yes there would be the weekend where I could try to enjoy myself but me not being a very interesting person there wasn't really anything to do. That all changed once I purchased the Seiko Arnie. I now start each day gearing up with the most sophisticated military hardware to track down and kill the men who kidnapped my daughter. This may sound a little concerning to most especially cause before this purchase I never even had a girlfriend let alone a daughter. Now I could never be happier waking up each day willing to take on the world and new want to be bad guy. On a side note it also has helped me out with the ladies and it's safe to say I'll be busy saving countless daughters ... I love how if I'm sneaking up to a war lords strong hold at night the watch will automatically power down to save power. This is a big watch 50mm , nearly 15 mm high But it really wears a lot smaller due to the short stumpy lugs that tapers down towards the wrists. Still I would not recommend it to anyone with wrists smaller than 7 inches/17,5 cm. The silicone strap is super comfortable AND the watch is very acceptable 112,5 g. All the bezel markers and indices are aligned and the lume is great, like all Seiko Divers, in this case 200 m of water resistance, more than adequate for all those desk divers. The watch itself is any tech geek's dream, auto correct calendar correct till 31 December 2100!!, daily alarm, solar charged with a power reserve that is going to last forever and ... Fantastic watch. Setting the time is a bit weird, but makes sense once you know what to do. The strap is really comfortable. The watch is weighted really well, and for a larger watch it wears really nicely, even on smaller wrists. Communication was brilliant from Star Buy and the watch was shipped really quickly. Highly recommend both the watch, and Star Buy. Will be buying again from Star Buy.

It reminds me more of the Citizen Aqualand C0023 hybrid Diver from the 80's. Seiko was smart making this one solar. Lume is great & dial is readable at a glance.
