Seiko SRPK31K SKX Series Mens Watch

Fantastic looking watch and comfortable to wear. The only slight issue that I have is that it is smaller than my other watches and looks small on my large wrist. This will not be an issue for people with smaller wrists

Overall great watch, only really one complaint

I love this watch. It's my first automatic and I love the case size and dial. My only complaint is that it comes with the notorious hardlex crystal, I would expect a sapphire crystal at this price point.

Secondly, even with all the measurements advertised it’s quite difficult to imagine how any given watch will wear and I thought this might be a bit too large for my 175mm wrist. Again, for me the size is perfect, large enough not to look lost and not so large that it over states it’s presence. To put this in context, I’ve been wearing my trusty old Seiko SNK809 which is quite a small timepiece by modern standards and this doesn’t seem very much larger. I also have a Seiko ‘Dresskx’ and as much as I enjoy the watch, with its 40mm case it’s right on the upper edge of what I can comfortably wear. Anyway, I’m really very impressed with this timepiece. It’s my new favorite.

SRPK31 Review

Its a good replacement for the discontinued SKX013. It doesn't have a screwdown crown but most people will use this watch to desk dive. It still has a reasonable 100m water resistance. Its also slimmer than the SKX013 and now hacks and hand winds. There are also more than one color option which makes it a good choice for a casual diver's style watch.

Sporty and elegant Seiko, great dial!

This is a great sports watch for those looking for something smaller than the popular 40-42mm options. This particular model in the SRPK series has a very elegant, off-white, dial with a diffused sunray surface which makes it much more interesting than a matte/glossy surface. "Light beige" might be a little misleading, and it might be closer to "champagne". It is very hard to see this in photos.
