I researched this blind and was impressed with the supplied brackets demonstrated in the fitting video. However was very dissappointed to discover those supplied were not those as demonstrated, those supplied too flimsey and not fit for purpose. I returned the blind to the store for a full refund, very disappointing.

The blinds themselves are good and work well to insulate the room. However, the brackets on which you mount them are terribly cheap quality. We bought 7 blinds and 3 of them keep falling out of their bracket when you pull the strings to try and lower/raise the blind. We installed all 7 so it was all consistent and done the way it I'd instructed. We manage by holding the top of the bracket when pulling the string on 2 of them, the third We just can't touch at all at risk of it falling
I have a few of these in my house and they're pretty good. Measurement is accurate so you can get a tight fit and the draw cord is okay for small - med widths. My only annoyance is with the low profile screws that make installation a little fiddly.
Bought these for their thermal qualities sitting behind sheer curtains. Hardware seems cheap, but have had them up for 3 months now drawing up and down daily with no problems. I suspect they’ll need new cradles in the future though.We cut these down to size for each window using a fine steel cutting blade. Came up perfectly.
