A durable blind. Beware the advertised width is the width including brackets, so for a standard window width the actual material width is barely covering the window.

Buyer beware I purchased these blinds in colour MISTY and trimmed to custom size via online order from Spotlight. They have just arrived and unfortunately the colour is a light coffee and very different to the sales image which depicts them as an off-white.

I purchased this and had it installed at the weekend. I woke up Wednesday morning to it half off the roller and slowly watched it completely fall off. It appears that the blind is mearly glued on to the roller and could not handle it’s own weight. When I called customer service their lack of compassion was infuriating. I was told I needed to take it all back, including removing the brackets and getting the packaging back from the tip, to then have it assessed in store. Let’s be realistic here! Let’s hope the store experience is more positive.
