The patented non-corrosive neutral cure formula that includes fungicidal protector which is excellent resistance for mould and fungus. Since the product grips to its surfaces so well and does not lift at its edges, mould and fungus have no opportunity to become trapped in the silicone and allow no unsightly black mould spots. Owning superior flexibility (+/- 25% movement capability) and up to 400% elongation and stretch, this sealant has a 12-month shelf life and is guaranteed against crumbling, cracking or drying. How easy is it to use? The squeeze tube (75g) is simply applied to the desired location & the formula is allowed to dry. Following application and drying, it is easy to clean with resistance to moisture, steam and hot cooking oils. Where can it be used? This sealant is suited for use on or around showers, baths, spas, sinks and plumbing fixtures such as metal, copper and brass fittings. This silicone formula is designed for superior adhesion to cement, mortar, grout and metals. It cannot be painted over and is not suitable for building materials that bleed oils or solvents.
