When we ordered it there was no mention that it was a separate pillow in the centre. My dog hates it, the cushion has no support and when it's not perfectly centred he ends up on the plastic base material. Really terrible design and we wasted our money because once you open the plastic you can't return it.

Postage was very slow that was the Courier..The bed I am a little disappointed in.The insert doesn’t seem to fit that well and there isn’t a great deal of padding. Lucky I have a small dog.The company to deal with no issue , just not overly happy with the product.Sometimes cheaper isn’t always better.

I do not recommend this bed. Photos are deceiving. There is definitely not enough stuffing and it’s not full and thick as the pictures make it look. The cushion is seperate from the bed and it moves so your dog is sitting on the floor. There is no cushioning on the base of the bed and it’s just plastic so it would not be comfortable for your dog. Very disappointed

A little disappointed with the cushion insert!Doesn’t seem to have much filling. Can feel the floor and will need an extra cushion in both beds.However, love the quality and the big bed I got a few weeks before is amazing! I could sleep in it😊
Very little fill in these beds and the mattress is too small for the space it fits into . Requires much more stuffing to keep sides rigid and the mattress is about 150mm too small for the space and needs to be thicker to make is plush and comfortable . I had to add two pillows full of stuffing to the sides and add another piece of foam to the mattress .
