I have been using this product for 2 years before leaving this comment and I have to say it’s now becomes one of my important step for my skincare routine. I only use it once a week on my spa day and apply mug mask right after that. I can tell immediately that the texture of my skin has been improved, my pores size doesn’t look as big as before. I have bought the 2nd one to give for my younger sister.

I originally purchased this item to help manage my blepharitis secondary to pregnancy and wild hormone fluctuations. Turns out my face LOVES it too! And I haven’t had any angry flare-ups with my eyelids since I started using it. I’d say the hot and cold steamer is better than I expected it to be.

I was really excited to receive this item but my machine only blows out cold air and lasts for a total of 5 minutes before I have to refill the tank. After 8 emails back and forth, this company still has the audacity to ask me for pictures or videos of how my item is defected?? How would you see this in a video?? Additionally, they “can’t” accept returns that aren’t in original packaging...... who keeps dirty mail boxes??? Especially during COVID. I also have to now pay for shipping to return an item that this company sold me that does not work.... NOT worth the hassle. There’s a reason they have 50-70% off everyday. BUY A REAL FACIAL STEAMER FROM A REAL COMPANY!!
At first I thought it was a lil too gimmicky because although I've done facial steaming before; but it was on a professional level. I tried buying the cheaper versions on Amazon. Boy I sure pay the price. After a couple of accidents burning my forehead and my shoulder; I saw an interview that Vogue did to Niall Horan and claimed he always takes this steamer with him when he travels. I wanted to get the black one but they sold out. I got the white one with rose gold accent. I ❤️ it. This device saves my skin during winter/cold seasons. Thanks Vanity Planet!
I love this product. Had no idea how much awful gunk was in my pores. It makes you feel like you are at a luxurious spa but you don’t have to leave home. Honestly, since I’ve been stuck in house for 410 days I haven’t been consistent with beauty rituals. Depression set in a few months after pandemic started and lack of taking caring of my skin has wrecked it. Its going to take a while to fix it. There were no wrinkles before but now I’m not real excited about looking in mirror. In fact I dropped makeup mirror and both sides broke so I’m going to try VP’s Mini Pose Mirror since the other products I ordered were great.

! I wentt out on a limb after reading reviews, spent the $100 + on it. Recieved it and it sat in the box for a week, finally made some me time and ohhhh myyy gooosh! Its been a nightly thing since. Everything about it is amazing. The cleansing cycle is my favorite before my shower, and i use the hot setting for 1-2 mins after for added benifits when applying moisturizer, honestly so glad i bought it
We are a family that believes in self care. And keeping up with the first thing people see, our face, is very important. And when researching for a good facial steamer, the reviews on the Senia Hot and Cold Smart Facial Steamer convinced me enough to purchase one for our house. Upon receiving it, the Steamer is a nice size, not too bulky, and sits perfect on our vanity, not taking up too much space. It is very easy to use and clean. And it did not disappoint! We definitely recommend it!!!
so decided to buy from this company instead of amazon or something just in case i got a defective order and vanity seems to be great at helping out with orders. i did not receive a defective item so far! used 3 times and the hot and cold feature is greattttt. when it goes from hot to cold man it feels so nice! nice little break just to sit and have the warm steam on your face. i LOVE how it has an aromatherapy option too. that will be good when i or my kids get sick. that was a must in my purchase. overall happy with this guy! it is small and compact didnt want some huge thing taking up space in my bathroom. easy to clean. i only use distilled water with it.
