Sennelier Extra Soft Pastels -These are Sennelier Single Pastels Standard Size are 7cm in length. These artist soft pastels are in groups of colours, the first colour being the deepest pigment graduating towards white. Developed in the 19th Century the Sennelier Pastel is an extra soft pastel consisting of a high quality pure pigment finely ground with a natural binder. The drying process does not involve any compression and the pastels are allowed to dry naturally in the open air. With 525 shades in total the full range of Sennelier Soft pastels is one of the largest chromatic ranges of pastels. The first pastel in the sequence is made with the natural single pigment type.
