Bought this product March 28, 2017 and it worked as marketed until December where i began to have problems with the mic dropping out during conversations. Thought it might be the software i was using so i switched to other platforms to test. The mic still dropped out. The equipment works as marketed but not for long. So if you are needing something to last more than a year then invest in better equipment than this. For the price they charge it is not worth it.

Works very well. Sound quality is excellent. Nice and light weight. Less one star as not the most comfortable - if needing to wear all day choose a model with ear pads that swivel in two planes. Very good for the price.

Feels super cheap, especially for the price. The clip fell apart within a few weeks.

An excellent all round headset used widely at my place of work.
Easy set up - plug and playCrystal clear audio and if comfortable to wearPerfect cable length and love the magnet to keep the control in place
All in all I'd recommend this product, but know that if you don't have really small head you'll likely have to do something to make it more comfortable. I'm not sure what I'm going to do to it, but I like the headset enough to where I'm going to try to put some sort of space buffer on the ear cups to soak up some of the pressure maybe.
I bought this headset to participate in Webex conference calls from my PC. It works great and as advertised. My corp laptop recognized it immediately. The sound quality is very good, as is the fit, finish and weight. I highly recommend this headset.
I purchased these for web conferencing during the COVID times of 2020. They are extremely light and comfortable. Excellent sound quality and blocks out background noise well. The USB plug feels a little flimsy though, and I am wondering if it will last for the long haul.
I have several headsets, and this one is on top : comfortable, well built, swivel mount mic, HIFI sound, Voice Clarity, well integrated with softphones.MS Teams compliant. The firmware knows when in a call or listening to music, automatically switching the right sound equalizer template. Noise cancelling mic tested with very loud background noise and works fine. Very useful magnetic plate to hold the controller on desktop. Cable length enough to keep you free when in a call Sennheiser sound reliability and quality. EPOS connect upgrades firmware and installs the correct drives . Highly recommended .
The ear cups are smaller, they won't block out sound like "Circumaural" (aka Cans) ones, but then again these don't make you look like a helicopter pilot either. This set is hard-wired to the Mute/Volume and then to the USB connector. The Mute/Volume piece has a magnet in it, so it will cling to a place you want it to without sliding around. The box includes at least one metal self-sticking strip so you can put it where you want on a desk, then the Mute/Volume buttons will magnetically stay on that strip where you want it to. The next step up in Sennheiser headsets requires the investment in Quick Disconnect USB, with the least expensive one lacking any Mute or Volume controls. You will nearly double your cost just going with Quick Disconnect, but the quality does ...Β MoreThe ear cups are smaller, they won't block out sound like "Circumaural" (aka Cans) ones, but then again these don't make you look like a helicopter pilot either. The next step up in Sennheiser headsets requires the investment in Quick Disconnect USB, with the least expensive one lacking any Mute or Volume controls. You will nearly double your cost just going with Quick Disconnect, but the quality does go up and you can take advantage of things like the Quick Disconnect Training Y-Cord to conference in 2 people (or just have one sit and listen, muted). I think it is worth noting, just in case anyone else has compatibility issues, that we have some Keyboard/USB switches that don't like any Sennheiser USB headsets.IOGEAR 4-Port DVI KVMP Switch with Audio and 4-USB 2.0, DVI-D KVM Cables GCS1104 (Black) By simply adding a USB switch, we useSabrent 4-Port USB 3.0 Hub with Individual Power Switches and LEDs included 5V/2.5A power adapter (HB-UMP3) , the KVM switch and the Sennheiser get along perfectly. Hope this helps anyone else be able to use these excellent headsets with a device that might be giving you "device not recognized" problems. I also have to note, after reading many people's complaints with any headset including Gaming headsets "not working"... With ANY system that has multiple and/or removable microphones and speakers, you absolutely MUST learn how to use your Control Panel, Sound tool. You can get to it easily by right-clicking the little volume icon in the "tray" (by your clock), then click Playback Devices. You may be surprised to see that your HDMI or DisplayPort monitors are in this list, as well as your speakers, headset jack, and USB headset. If your system is set to use the wrong Playback or Recording device, it will give you problems hearing or being heard. Check both the Playback and the Recording tabs to make sure your default device and default communication device is set correctly. Also, by default Disabled devices are not shown; right-click in the devices area below the tabs to check the box to Show Disabled Devices. If someone has Disabled a device, such as your Sennheiser headset, or the microphone on your webcam, now you know why it isn't showing up in this list any more and you can Enable it again if you need to.
