Couldn't be better. I can use the USB attachment to the computer or unplug the earpiece from the USB connector and plug it into my cell phone. Great feature and worth the extra dollars.

I’m very happy with my headset and although they don’t sit over my hearing aids I can still hear clearly 90% of the time and the other 10% is the normal phone problem's such as dropping out, strong accent etc

It's everything you'd want in an office or pro call centre setup. Very light, high quality, built to last. Its got voice monitoring (a.k.a sidetone) great noise cancelling mic and great noise cancelling speakers. Doesnt squeeze on your head. Most impressed with the protection that happens in between calls and transfers. For those who've done call centre outbound stuff, volumes can suddenly rocket up on things and screeches can happen. The headset prevents those things from causing harm very effectively. I don't tend to care for wireless because I don't want to think about charging. So for plug and play purposes it's an amazing all round package. The only draw back is if you're in a call setting around pumping loud music. At that point you may as well go and buy aviation style ear phones which are big and block out a lot more at the trade off of extra weight during your shift. The active noise cancelling does smooth things out and take the edge and bass out of that loud music though, so you actually can concentrate quite nicely through it. In my opinion, it's the best package if you want to wear something light all day.
I just started using this headset there are a number of improvements that I instantly enjoy in comparison to my previous boom mike headset ... Sound quality is excellent, headset is very light and extremely comfortable to the point where I can easily imagine wearing this all day. I'm using the headset with Dragon NaturallySpeaking and the improvement in accuracy is very noticeable – resulting in a much more fluid experience using both dictation and voice command. Listening to music is a distant secondary consideration but the sound quality here is also excellent.
The set does what it needs to do and does it well. I bought it based on internet tech reviews to cancel out some unbearably noisy construction on my building (nay, on my terrace) so I could Zoom teach. Probably a two-ear one would be just as great, but I went with the review and am not disappointed.
Use for work on 3cx. Crystal clear on both sides of the conversation. Easy to operate buttons on control.
We just got these in the office. For how light it is, the quality you get is impressive. For anyone saying there is no noise cancellation on headphone, there is. ANC wont drown out all noise but it will definitely be noticeable if you wear the headset right. Mic has noise cancellation as well but I have not tested the extent of it. My review is mostly to say that ANC does work and that the build feels amazing for how light it is compared to bulky headsets
Works great with my iPhone XR, allowing for multi-tasking duties away from the desk. I connected this baby to the UGREEN Headphones Adapter for Apple, (Apple MFi Certified iPhone Lightning to 3.5mm jack), then hooked it up to my iPhone and phone calls went as expected. Remember, this is a headset, not headphones so I'm not sure about the validity of the noise-cancelling function for a single-ear headset. Still, audio quality of the calls in my right ear were excellent and I could also listen to my ABBA jams while working inside a large data center.
