Better than luxury brands!
Who would have thought that this works better than the new Givenchy foundation? I was at the store returning the Givenchy foundation because that one did not work on me. I swatched this foundation and decided to give it a try. It has an airy light feel, medium coverage, fragrant-free, and is absolutely easy to blend! It doesn't completely mattify my face, but somehow makes my oily skin shine-free longer than most other foundations. It also wears off gracefully. The only thing to make note of is that this is not a full coverage foundation, and it can't be built up to be full coverage. I tried to layer this and it doesn't work. But it looks like skin! Just as the name indicates, it really does look like your "Best Skin Ever". I feel like this is very similar to the ... Decent
This is definitely decent for the price. Is it my favorite foundation? No, but it does have a place in my collection. I can apply it with a brush or a sponge and get similar results and it definitely can be built to a very solid medium coverage although I prefer to wear it a little more sheerly. One thing that I don't particularly enjoy is that it feels a little thicker than most of my other foundations which is another reason that I would rather sheer it out a bit instead of building it much. It will last on my skin through a typical workday but doesn't wear quite as well as some other formulas that I love and it has more of a matte finish which tends to make my skin look a little dry by the time I'm ready to take it off at night.I like it enough to reach for it ... It's good, just not a favorite.*I am a Sephora Community Ambassador and was provided this foundation from Sephora.... Show more

Does not wear well
The formula is velvety and has solid medium coverage. The picture shows when I first put it on. I would say it has a natural satin finish; no dew at all, but not flat matte either. It lets some luminosity shine through. You can see that the foundation clings to the sides of my nose and some dry patches a little bit, but it was not noticeable at a social distance. I have textured skin that's oily in the T-zones. Nearly all the foundations I try emphasize my texture, and initially this one was not doing that bad, especially for the price. However 1-2 hours into wearing this foundation, it dries down really terribly on me. I do not have a picture but basically all the lines and pores that I didn't know I had starts to show up on my face and I look like a reptile. I ... I tried different primers, setting with powder, not setting with powder, setting sprays, none of them make a difference. Again, most foundations wear badly on me, and some luxury brands perform worse than this. This one just does not do any miracle either. If you are also struggling to find a foundation that looks better than your bare skin, this one might not be it.... Show more

Found my perfect foundation <3
I wore it a bunch of times before I decided to write a review... I can't say how long I was on a hunt for a good light foundation with proper coverage! I love this foundation. I have oily acne-prone skin, and this made my search so much harder - some foundations pilled, some broke me out, others melted right off my face, it was TEDIOUS because I had to keep returning stuff. This foundation 1. never broke me out (all my acne-strugglin peeps know how big this is), 2. It's club-proof (I danced for hours and it was flawless, ok maybe I had to lightly dab my skin with a tissue paper a couple times because of sweating BUT IT STILL STAYED ON!) oh and that's without a primer (just moisturizer), and 3. it covers my impurities fairly well - you can build it up or use ... I rarely use any setting powder because I'm always scared to clog my pores even more, so I just finish it off with some bronzer and blush. What I find even more important in maintaining your skin for this (or any) foundation to work is aftercare. I use an oil-based cleanser (you can also use balms if you don't like oily products) to melt my makeup off - make sure to massage your face thoroughly to really get in there. After washing that off, I use a salicylic acid cleanser and I very gently massage my face with a silicone facial scrubber while it lathers on my face. Leave that on for 3-5 minutes then wash it off, and finish with your fav moisturizer! Hope you found it useful especially if you have a similar skin type as I do:)... Show more

My new fave!
I have religiously used MUFE Ultra HD foundation in Y535 Chestnut for years, but MUFE recently discontinued that line and their new line had totally different shades so I had to start searching for a replacement foundation. I ordered one of the foundation sample kits and tried this foundation in 61P and have been in love ever since. I didn't think it was possible but I like it even more than MUFE. It is very lightweight and doesn't feel heavy or greasy or sticky. MUFE Ultra HD was very dewy and combined with my oily zones would make my face very shiny in certain areas and the foundation would slide around. This gives a much more matte effect and the foundation is less of a liquid and more creamy. It is buildable and looks very natural and smooth. It basically looks ... I set it with translucent loose powder by Too Faced born this way and it is my best face ever. I also like how there is not too much packaging and the price is much better than MUFE. After wearing it for a full day I didn't notice any slipping, oxidizing or flash back when I took photos. This is my new fave and I hope it never gets discontinued. I would say some of the shades are very close, I was between the 61P and the 59P but ultimately went with the 61P. Surprisingly that was the same shade that was matched to me by Sephora's shade finder which isn't always right but was right in this case.... Show more

My Worst Skin Ever
I initially bought this in 4N a few months ago, and it was too light so I didn't use it. I decided to pick up 2 more shades during the Sephora sale: 11.5P and 10N. I didn't open 10N, but I can say 11.5P is slightly darker than Fenty 120 yet it worked out really well for me. Unfortunately, the shade match is the only good thing I can say about this formula. I don't know why, but this foundation hates my skin and refused to blend into it.I tried this formula with and without primer, and tried different primers (Tacha silk canvas, NYX marshmallow, Milani No-Pore Zone, Milk Hydrogrip) but this doesn't look good on my skin. It refused to melt into my skin, regardless of whether I used a brush or sponge. Even my favorite foundation brush left it looking like a weird mask sitting on my skin that would move around and get patchy. It sunk into my pores and clung to texture I didn't know I had, but would slide off of other surfaces. It immediately creased and settled into fine lines. This doesn't happen with any other foundation I have tried, and I couldn't make it look good. My skincare was the same as always, and I waited about an hour after doing so to apply my foundation. I even tried blotting off any excess product before applying primer and foundation, but it was still awful. The best it ever looked was the last time I used it, because I tried to blot it down before setting it with my normal Huda powder. Most of the foundation lifted with the blotting paper, except for the weird bits that wanted to stick to my pores and surprise texture.I have extremely oily skin, and it's pretty common for me to have a foundation with a radiant or dewy finish crease or break apart within 2 hours. Not this foundation, I couldn't even finish my makeup!I had high hopes because I've seen and read reviews that say this foundation works even for oily skin types. Unfortunately, it just doesn't like my face... Show more

Quite Good
I am trying Sephora's Best Skin Ever Liquid Foundation (11.5 P) for the first time. I had been using Even Better Glow Light Reflecting Makeup Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 15 by Clinique for quite a few years (and they are discontinuing it) and was looking for a replacement product. I have fair/light skin with lots of dark spots and sun damage. I don't wear a lot of makeup or products and mostly enjoy tinted moisturizers. That being said, I decided to try this foundation based on the many positive reviews! I give this foundation four stars (one star off as I don't love it) for the range of colors that could match my skin tone/issues. It wears very light and I like that and is medium coverage which I preffer. I normally can get away with moisturizing prior to ... I normally can get away with moisturizing prior to foundation products but with this foundation I discovered it's not good over top a moisturizer so I tried without moisturizer and it stayed on much better (without marks or uneven blending). I have sensitive combination skin (drier with age) and sometimes break out. I had a few blemishes and this covered it well without the need for a lot of concealer. I will probably buy it again. We will see.... Show more

Stop buying those expensive foundations!!
I just bought my second bottle! I needed a foundation for performing, so I was looking for something that gave good coverage but also wouldn't be harsh on my face under the lights and with all the sweating. I looked at more expensive and recommended foundations and ultimately went with this just to try it out - and WOW. This is incredible. This foundation gives me a beautifully smooth looking complexion while staying in place for two shows a day. It doesn't dry me out at all or catch on any dry patches. The coverage I'd say is definitely on the fuller side of medium and it's definitely buildable. I use Fair Light in Halo Smashbox, shade 11.5P In Best Skin Ever is a perfect match for me. This is honestly the only foundation I'll use from now on.... Show more

The ONLY Liquid Foundation For My Dry Skin!!
I have EXTREMELY dry skin, like we’re talking flakes all over my forehead, chin, and nose. So naturally I hate liquid foudnations, as every one I’ve tried so far has clung to my flakes and dry pacthes making me look very cakey. This foundation, however, is like the holy grail for me. I only recently purchased my bottle of shade 03P and it’s a dead on match for my skin. Though I’ve only worn this foundation a couple of times so far, I can already tell that it is the best one on the market, especially for the price point! When I first colour matched, I put a light face on in the store with the help of an employee and even wihtout any primer or setting powder/spray the foundation looked like my natural skin but WAY better and held up the entire day, right up until I ... There was no clinging to any dry patches, flakes, or breaking up of the formula on an of the oily areas of my face. Overall, I really love this foundation anf how it looks on my skin. It doesn’t sit on the surface and look fake, but instead sinks into the skin and offers a very natural finish that isn’t too dewy or matte. I also really love that it is a light medium coverage that is very easy to blend and build to a fuller medium coverage. I use the sephora makeup match (liquid) foundation brush with this foundation, as it was suggested both online as well as by the employee who helped me and the both the brush and a regular beauty sponge work really well for blending this formula out. I also really love that this foundation doesn’t feel heavy at all on the face, as I can’t even tell when I’m wearing it and often forget about it throughout the day. It’s ability to really stay put makes it even better, as I often find myself rubbing or scratching my face when I forget about the makeup but it always manages to still look flawless at the end of the day no matter what. I cannot reccomend this foundation enough to anyone else who has dry skin.... Show more

This Is A Great Foundation
I have been looking for a new foundation that would work on mature, dry skin. Something that would look like skin but still give up to medium coverage. I saw a YouTube video that mentioned this one.
