Finally found the perfect cool toned contour for my pale skin. Most contours I’ve tried either pull too red or too orange. This is the best I’ve found so far. It’s creamy and blends well. I’ve swatched the other contours I have for comparison, first pic in indoor lighting and second in the sun. Highly recommend if you’re a pale, cool-toned girly like myself!1 - Sephora Contour Stick in 01 Fair to Light2 - elf Halo Glow Contour Beauty Wand in Fair/Light3 - Fenty Match Stix Contour Skinstick in Amber4 - Nyx Wonder Stick Cream Highlight & Contour Stick in Fair

This is a really great formula and tone, especially for the price point. It's super creamy and easy to work with. I've used it with a brush, sponge, and my fingers. Very pleased with how it sits over top of my makeup and how it lasts through the day. If you're a beginner, I think this is a great option for you. Experienced users will also be pleased with how well it layers and is easy to manipulate.I have the shade 02 and have recently purchased the same shade in their powder contour and thought it'd be helpful to see them both swatched (and diffused) in my pic. The top two are this cream contour stick, and the bottom are the powder version. Hope it helps! :)

I haven’t been able to judge the actual texture of this stick because it came very hot. I honestly didn’t touch it much but some smeared against the packaging so I used it. It was very blendable but obviously melty. There is a decent amount of product in comparison to milk makeups stick. I also got this on sale so overall it was like $9 and has basically the same amount as milk makeup has for $24 and like $19 on sale. These need more deeper shades though. This one runs neutral so there should be a cooler stick. The issue is that they’re melting in transit and some peoples came broken off. I would suggest buying in store if you want this.

Very creamy and blendable, does it’s job! If you have oily skin I would set with powder to give it more longevity, but if you’re dry/very dry like me the creamy formula is really nice. But the main selling point for me is the shade, this is the first contour stick I’ve tried that actually looks like shadows on my pale skin. I swatched it here in two different lightings- rainy day natural window light, and bright overhead kitchen lights at night. The first picture in window light is more true to how it looks in person. I can thankfully say 01 Fair to Light is indeed a true contour shade on light skin, not another bronzer falsely marketed as a contour! This was a happy purchase! 🤎
OK, so I am always in search for a cool toned contour (NOT those "contour sticks" AKA bronzer in a stick) and milk contour stick comes closest (AB Fawn is runner up) but milm packaging is terrible (purchased 4 and 2 came in broken packaging whether it be twist or the top breaking off) AND milk contour has a slight warm tint AND $24 for a teeny tiny thing. That being said, THIS. Seriously. THIS. THIS $14 CONTOUR STICK IS TRULY TRULY COOL TONED. it glides on like magic and blends like a dream. Its also truly matte. Freal, the contour stick of my dreams. bought this on sale for <$10. many, many, MANY claps.
Pretty good contour stick. I am happy I went with the darker color (even with my pale skin), as I like a more dramatic contour myself. I still tend to top it off with a bit of powder contour after I have set it with loose powder, as I find it still a bit natural for my liking once its set. One thing to note, I found I need to blend it with my fingers. I tried to blend it with a brush and it pulled up all of my foundation with it. It blends really smooth with fingers though. Obviously you end up with messy hands though, which isn't ideal.
Wow, this product was disappointing right out of the box. The tag/tape that’s used to seal it leaves a messy, sticky residue. Once I opened it the entire stick fell out onto my countertop, which revealed very limited product. Also, extremely oily feeling. I thought I would try it from the sale after years of using fenty match stick. Do not skimp, spend the money on the real thing! product inside. I thought I would give this a go from the sale, when I’ve used the Fenty match sticks for years, and immediately no. there’s almost
I have very cool olive undertones, and I am not a bronzer girl. there is nothing more that I love then a contour product to add dimension and shadows to my face. I use blush to add warmth and a glow to my face. Trust me when I say that I have tried everything labeled a "contour" product. whether they be cream, liquid, or powders. And this hands-down is the truest contour I have found. And I’m so thankful because it’s in such easy packaging, you literally just swipe it on. Most of the contour products that I’ve used are from professional brands and they come in pots or pallets. This is the truest, cool tone, grayish brown contour. It’s so easy to use. And the formula is incredible, it blends like a dream. This is my most favorite launch by Sephora collection. Product is okay, but the packaging sucks. And when you own lots of makeup, packaging matters. There’s no reason why half the stick should be exposed in the lid. If you buy other contour sticks, you have to twist up to use the stick. The clear lid and the exposed product is just a mess. The product is so emollient and gets everywhere in the clear cap. Even though its performance and longevity is okay, this product is popular because of the cool tone shade range that other contour products lack. Packaging is a HUGE PART of appealing to people who use and look forward to wearing makeup. It’s not as exciting and fun to use this compared to other contour products because of this sloppy, messy delivery system. Yet again Sephora cutting corners on what could be an all-star ... MoreProduct is okay, but the packaging sucks. And when you own lots of makeup, packaging matters. I received something in exchange for this post. Honestly- this contour stick is okay. You are getting what you are getting for the price. A lot of people are trying to blend this on their face- that isn't what you're supposed to do. You are supposed to put the stick on the back of your hand and warm it up, put your brush on the stick, and then tap it onto your face. It does what it's supposed to! but it isn't versatile which is the problem. It is more gray- so if you cool toned this is perfect! but the shade range is kind of minimal. especially for Sephora who's supposed to be inclusive.
