Sephora gifted me this lipstick and I’m glad because I would’ve been upset if I spent my money on it. Yes gifted, but I’m keeping it real because y’all deserve that. If I’m being honest, the formula seems like something I’d find at the dollar store and I say that because upon application it’s quite streaky and because it’s a bit on the watery side I bet globs on the edges of my small lips, but luckily it’s easy to wipe away. One coat dries quick, but I have to use two coats for the intense color that I want and though lightweight it doesn’t dry so quickly in my opinion and as I smack my lips together 5 minutes after applying it feels a bit tacky. This was gifted by Sephora collection, but I am giving my honest thoughts. I really like how lightweight and matte this formula is. It’s very thin and can be sheered out or made more opaque depending on how much you layer. The tube has a soft matte texture, much like Nars packaging which makes it feel a bit high end. My only con with this is the only overwhelming fragrance in it. Can brands please stop putting unnecessary fragrance in makeup? Unfortunately the fragrance in this is not one that fades after applying it. It lingers and ends up giving me a headache. If you are sensitive to fragrance, I say skip this. But if you can tolerate them or are willing to ignore it because the formula and shades are so good, then I don’t think you’d be disappointed with this.

As a girl with small lips, I live for liquid lipsticks. It's the safest option for me when I opt to overdraw my lips. This easy to use liquid lipstick was gifted to me by Sephora. The formula is a little too wet for me. I can easily make a mistake as I have small lips, but because it is also lightweight and doesn't dry quickly, I can fix and clean up any messes without having to touch up my makeup. I like that it feels like the perfect every day liquid lipstick because it is comfortable. It doesn't last ALL day but wears decently as the hours go by and it wears off well too. The color payoff and pigment is really nice.

This product is amazing!! I put it on as soon as I left the store. It dries so fast, and unlike many other liquid lippies I've tried it doesn't dry out your lips at all or look like a cakey layer. It looks almost natural, wears for hours with minimal transfer, and I find that it actually stains my lips slightly even once it has worn off. It layers really nicely with a gloss or oil! Shade 5 has already become my daily wear go-to, definitely excited to try other shades in the future!

I’ve been trying the shade 01 Less is More. Absolutely gorgeous color! The formula applies evenly on the lips and smells nice. The scent is almost like a chocolate/marshmallow scent, to me.The formula takes about two minutes to fully dry down. Just like the name says, it has a soft matte look that I personally think looks flattering in lips. This doesn’t accentuate the lines in my lips like a lot of other drying formulas do. After fully set, I do experience some minimal transfer. Small price to pay in exchange for comfort and a more flattering look.This also leaves a stain behind, so keep that in mind :)Gifted by Sephora Collection
This is such a beautiful matte liquid lip! I have loved the Sephora Collection matte liquid lipsticks for a long time and this did not disappoint! It has a matte yet comfortable finish on the lips, without drying them out excessively. It doesn’t crack around the lips and the pigment is incredible. They are opaque with just one swipe and I don’t even need lip liner because the applicator also makes it very easy to line them. They last for a long time on. Highly recommend especially for a special event. I received this product complimentary from Sephora Collection but this is my honest review.
I have been searching for a formula like this for years. I used to love the Sephora Cream Lip Stain but a few years ago, the entire colour palette changed and I couldn’t match up my original colours anymore. I moved onto MAC Kisslock, but the price is prohibitive. This one is a great dupe (in formula) and it has long staying power with a light texture. The scent is okay. I hope that this is a keeper for Sephora. They have discontinued so many different lip formulas of late.
This might be the best lip product in the Sephora collection and the formula is so unique. The colours are wearable, the formula is so comfortable and smells great (smells way better than the Lip Stories lipsticks by far), and it doesn’t give you the dry, crusty liquid lipstick effect that we all had in 2016. It’s almost a gel stain/lipstick combo that dries down matte and feels like you have nothing on. It’s a really weightless and thin formula but goes on really smooth and even, and I love it. The shade Nevermind is a wonderful everyday pink and What’s the Matter is a fun wearable pop of colour on my complexion. Love these, please never get rid of them.
Complimentary from Sephora for my honest review. The formula in this lipstick feels like a watercolor liquid lip stain that feels like pigmented water. It feels very lightweight, almost like that nothing there feel. Gives your lips color without the feeling of added product. It goes on like thin water color, bit cam be built up to look a bit more opaque. It looks very pretty and natural, feels very comfortable. It does gave smell to it, which is like a talc like floral scent. I personally don't mind it, but might bother some. I would have been amazing with no scent or something fruity instead. Although, It's a great lip product overall, in my opinion.
