Sephora Collection Strengthening Shampoo With Biotin & Phytoproteins 300ml

I am sharing my honest and authentic opinion, as a Sephora Beauty Insider Community Ambassador. I have been using this shampoo for several weeks now. I am really enjoying the scent. The shampoo lathers really well which is important to me. I like how clean my hair feels after using this. I don't notice my hair shedding as much but that could be from other factors aswell. Will definitely repurchase this one.

All the negative reviews???What? LOLI mean, I'm seriously confused here...this is better than any Redken, Wella, Kenra, etc.My hair is hilighted to a platinum blond from a dark brown, I've used every high end brand you can think of. Nothing compares to this. My hair is extremely poofy and dry, it breaks off faster than it grows and is protein sensitive per my hair stylist. I can't use 90% of hair products due to sensitive skin. This is one of the first to clean my hair without stripping and to not add too much moisture (oily roots, dry ends) I keep coming back to it.

BEST SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER FOR FINE MEDIUM HAIR

These negative reviews must be people gatekeeping because I love this shampoo and conditioner set. My hair is fine/medium high porosity wavy. Using this shampoo made my hair feel so clean and the conditioner just melted the tangles away. Please don’t discontinue them!

It didn't work for my hair type.

I noticed a lot of things when using this shampoo... First I should mention I have fine hair with a very oily scalp. This shampoo was super hard to get a good lather (the second shampoo was better) it's a thick gel consistency and left that squeaky, stripped feeling on your hair. I noticed more hair then usual was coming off in my hands when shampooing and I haven't had this issues with the other couple brands I was using before trying this. The conditioner was very nice tho I must say, I def recommend that. After blow drying my hair the top of my head feels like there is still grease on my scalp and is weighted down, like it wasn't cleaned properly. Leaves hair silky and smooth! Great Scent!

I was pleasantly surprised by this shampoo and conditioner combo. I only wash my hair once-twice a week as I have blonde highlights and my hair isn’t very greasy. The lather seemed a bit light so I added more water and the conditioner was not as silky as what I’m used to from others I’ve tried. However, I had less tangles than normal when brushing my hair post shower and once my hair dried it was really smooth, soft and smelled great! The biggest difference I noticed was after sleeping on it. Love how this made my hair feel

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. I am so glad I ordered this shampoo despite them. I have normal to oily hair. This shampoo left my hair clean, soft and silky. It also smells good. I highly recommend! Give it a chance.

Must Have For Fine Hair

Despite all of the negative reviews, I decided to give this shampoo & conditioner a try around January. I have not gone back since. I have long fine hair, I love how clean this made my hair feel and I love alternating pairing it with the conditioner or with a deep conditioner. Pleasant and light smell, not overpowering, does a great job to clean the hair and does NOT weigh fine hair down! Highly recommend, especially at the sale price.

Not it.

I wish I liked this product given the price point, but unfortunately I do not. I tried it before reading the reviews (otherwise, I wouldn't have ordered it). Using this product along with the Sephora brand conditioner, my hair was left feeling coated with a dirty/greasy film. At first I thought it was something I did (such as not rinsing my hair well enough) so I rewashed it, and it still felt yucky. I gave it a few tries, but ultimately, I will be returning it.

Softens the Hair and Smells Good

It is easy to work with on a lather. Doesn't tangle the hair. In fact, I felt like even if my hair has tangles, upon using this, it smoothers my hair already even when still wet. It also gives this good smell that I can't even describe but it's really good. It lasts even after drying up the hair. Even without a conditioner, I feel my hair's smoothness though I have naturally dull, dry, frizzy hair. It doesn't last all day though but at least a good kicker for the day.

Surprisingly nice!

After reading the reviews, I almost didn't try this amazing shampoo! But I'm so glad I did! It lathered up and felt like it was really cleaning well, I lathered rinse and repeated. Then I used the conditioner from this same line and that worked well, but I had to condition twice. I have highlighted bleached hair. However, I was more than pleased with the result... soft, shiny, smooth hair that definitely feels healthier. Very happy I made the purchase!
