Fits my need perfectly as a chair for a small vintage sewing table. Be aware that you may need considerable force to insert the casters into the “5-arm” base. Eventually I was
able to snap each one in but NOT by using the assemvly instruction. I needed the wheel on the floor and pulsed much of body weight through one arm while aligning the
wheel with my other. Very tight tolerances on my chair not sure if they would all be like that. The rest of the assembly was trivial.

It’s decent. I find this chair only somewhat comfortable Though it has the Serta name, it’s not very cushy. I’m only 120 lbs, and I sink to the bottom of the cush and sit on the
hard base. The lumbar support is flexible, and hits my back in just the right spot, but the top bar of the chair back hits me uncomfortably in the middle of the shoulder blades,
and it’s not really cushioned. There are also two small cuts in the fabric. One on the front of the chair back, about 1/4” long. Thankfully not that noticeable, and one about
3/4” long on the underside of the seat, thankfully not noticeable at all. The white with polished chrome is really pretty and modern. Took me half hour to put it to... Show more

this is a really basic chair with no arm rests. seems to be fairly well made and only took a few minutes to assemble. It doesn't feel cheap. Internet price for this chair varies
quite a bit. I found it here for $* and on other sites it goes for $* or more, so I'm happy with that. I didn't give it 5 stars because I have no idea how it will hold up over time.

Day 2 - hydraulics already failing
21 February 2024
I bought this chair because the hydraulics in my old chair were causing me to sink after several years. I bought it because it seemed high enough to put me at a correct ergonomic posture.Turns out that both of these things are "not as advertised" :(The chair is already sinking ... and it wasn't that high to begin with! What a waste of the company's money.2/10 - do *not* recommend... Show more

Fell well below expectations
26 February 2022
I'm 5'3, 140lbs and this chair is uncomfortable to me. I can't imagine how someone larger feels in this chair. The back of the seat stops at mid/ upper back. That wouldn't be so bad if it was properly padded, but it feels like you are sitting up with a bar across your back. The seat is hard and uncomfortable. Lastly the chair creeks very loudly whenever you move around. I work from home so I gave it a try for 3 weeks but it's a definite NO for me. Will be returning asap!... Show more

Nice little chair
3 June 2021
Had this put together in minutes! The chair is comfortable. I was worried about the back not being high enough, but turned out perfect. I am only 5’3” so if you’re on the shorter side the back sits right under my shoulder blades. It’s very comfortable I bought it to sit at a craft market because I customize items so I need a chair that moves. I wish it had arms, but not a deal breaker. My only complaint and why I gave 4 stars is the wheels are not the best it’s almost like they drag from my weight. I am 140lbs, so I wouldn’t recommend this to a 200lb person or my wheels are just junk. Other than the wheels it a great little chair and I would recommend.... Show more

[Rewarded Review] One wheel didn't click into place....
23 January 2023
I took a while to unbox this and assemble it. I found out that one wheel won't click into place....it looks like gravity might keep it inserted. I cannot return or exchange the chair due to the 14 day limit, according to the automated info at the 1-800 number. I also saw a few small rust marks on the bottom, not visible unless upside down. I hope the chair is usable and comfortable over the long haul.... Show more

[Rewarded Review] This is NOT pink; it is more of a purplish.
11 April 2023
Disappointed in the color. I was trying to replace a hot pink chair, and this is nowhere near the pink it looks like in the photo. It has more of purplish hue. Seat feels comfortable but does not roll well (and it is on a solid mat). If the pink color is important to you, you might want to keep looking. I think the comfort will be okay but not pleased with the aesthetics which are part of the room it is in. Also, had to add a pillow behind my back or it angles back too far.... Show more

[Rewarded Review] Well priced. Very comfortable and compact

Well priced. Very comfortable and compact which is important in my small space. I wish that the seat height adjustment would allow it to go a little higher, but that is a minor concern.... Show more

Very uncomfortable, a waste of money.
6 June 2020
Terrible back support. The bad angle of backrest and no padding around the metal bar frame that surrounds the back pleather & mesh prevents it from being comfortable and supported. I thought since it was a Serta chair the seat cushion would be comfortable, but it is cheap and not much firm cushioning. You get what you pay for - in this case, junk with no support. I developed terrible lower back pain and am trashing this chair and going back to sitting in a dining chair at my desk. Earns one star for the appearance and fairly easy to assemble. Don't waste your money.... Show more
