There was a serious hiccup in the delivery, through no fault of seller. Ninjavan indicated delivery date, but failed to fulfill without any update. Seller assisted and I finally received the item just after 2 weeks. \nFortunately, the item is in good working condition. A great product! So, I'm thankful 👍

After couple days of testing...Not each time good we good milk foam - possible reason - demeter bio milk is not that good to froth as milk-like products.. but then again, pur Siemens EQ.9 super-dooper automatic coffee machine with all the extras can still froth the demeter milk pretty good.However we got some and promising good results with bio sheep milk so far (2 bottles from coop).. and when we got foam, it was pretty good and much better then from our combo coffee machine.But still some milk was not frothered at all.Overall a little disappointment after seeing all the tests in different comparisons (and I saw a lot of them prior to purchase) where it was always the number one milk frotherer.What I also miss from the "top" product is a manual mode, where I ... If you love frothed milk and all the drinks you can make with it, this is an excellent option. It's expensive but it works beautifully. The one thing is there are 2 small parts that are important to many of the operations, and if you lose them you're out of luck. But otherwise we're very happy with this machine.

I bought it mainly for hot chocolate, and it does a great job. The container is big enough and all the parts that need to be washed can be placed into the dishwasher.
Very happy with this one. We had a Jura milkwarmer that broke down after 2 years. This one is much faster. Very happy with the extra capacity and all the options.Cleans with cold water in 2 seconds and never leaves any burned milk because of the induction heating.Highly recommendable
With the 13 functions, quite a few we haven't used yet, there is no reson you can't get the perfect milk for whatever drink you are making. The dial selection is intuitive and simple.
