This is what has been missing from my life! I work 2 jobs with 3 kids, and I get very little time to get my cleaning done between cooking, errands, after-school activities, and between jobs. It takes around 30 minutes to sweep and mop my main floor and around an hour for my entire house. Like most people, I absolutely hate sweeping and mopping, so the thought of combining the two made me beyond excited! This thing was pretty much ready to go out of the box. The hydrovac is a little loud but quieter than most vacuum cleaners. This mop pretty much goes on its own. I had my main floor finished in under 15 minutes without even breaking a sweat! It picked up every speck of dust in its path, which was truly amazing. This is actually for everyday light cleaning, so you will still have to do your deep cleaning from time to time. The only place it won't clean is along the main edges of the walls and in corners, which I kind of expected. It also won't pick up messes that are really stuck on, although it has picked up a few messes I was hesitant about. It worked wonders on my runner rug and area rugs. It looked like I had shampooed them when I was finished. I was able to do my entire main floor without the battery going dead and before I ran out of cleaner. If the dirty water section fills up or the clean water/cleaner is empty, the hydrovac will turn off and show you a corresponding light telling you what it needs. The solid objects and hair get sucked into a different chamber than the water, which makes emptying it a breeze. It's all straightforward and very simple to use. It's also incredibly lightweight. It's super easy to place on the charger, and all I have to do is push the power button to let the roller brush start cleaning itself once it's on charge. I found that I had to also take out the roller brush between cleanings and clean all the hair out behind it, which only takes a few seconds. This hydrovac does the job it promises to, and it gave me back a lot of time out of my day, which is priceless to me. I am in love with my new hydrovac and definitely recommend it to anyone who hates sweeping and mopping as much as I do!

The suction is quite powerful and tackles even the most stubborn messes and strains using the provided cleaner solution. Each time I use this vacuum, my hardwood and carpet feel fresh and clean as new. Diffiicult to cleanworks poorly

My house has 2 females with kitties. What I like is a manageable weight. Dislike, it only really seemed to clean on LVT but it comes no where close to the baseboards. If the spot is even a little dry, one needs a soak and wipe before it will work. Cleaning is difficult. Barely any water goes back into the tank. We both have long hair, that said, when you remove the tiller you need to also spray and clean the unit because hair and any debris picked up gets clogged. It really doesn’t work well as a macchiato/moo, after first use, which was a lightly dusty floor, the vac portion just shoved anything near the baseboard which didn’t get caught up in the bottom on the unit. There’s a “charging station” that comes with this vacuum. Good when it works but DOESN'T last long.

TLDR - I won't buy another one, but it does what it claims to do when it works.PROS: It does a solid job cleaning my hard floors and makes the process a lot easier. The battery life is long enough for me to clean about 1000 sq ft of hardwood flooring thoroughly.CONS: Like other Shark products I have purchased, they just aren't reliable. Also, the broken part has a battery that can't be disposed of in the regular trash, so I will have to cart it across the city to the hazardous waste dump because they don't provide an option to ship it back. Basically, yes, they will fix it if it breaks, but you will have to pay for getting that part and for the disposal of the hazardous pieces.Does it work? Yes. Does it last? Nope. I expect more from a $250 vacuum.

HydroVac MessMaster cordless 3-in-1 cleaner is so amazing. I immediately put this magical wonder together and it took all of five minutes to figure it out. It comes with a charging base and there's a battery display letting you know it's charging. When you take it off the charging base, the magic begins. This miracle machine gets under the smallest spaces and swivels in all directions! It only takes a small amount of cleaning solution (also included) to get anything clean. My kitchen floor is spotless now. I was truly shocked because this vacuum looks small but it packs a wallop. It comes with a stain super boost mode for hard to clean stains. I think the Tineco is easier to use but I decided to go with this Shark option because my Tineco had to be replaced each year for the past two years. I’m still on the fence about keeping this wet / dry vac. I decided to go with the Shark based on the major deal I received. If the unit is not placed on the charging base a certain way, the unit will run in the vacuum mode and not in the cleaning cycle. Another issue I discovered was that I failed to insert the dirty water tank into the vacuum after I left it out to dry completely. The vacuum still worked. Luckily I was only cleaning a very small area and a small mess. The vacuum did sound louder during this time but there were no lights to indicate an issue. I thought I accidentally hit the power mode button. Not worth it

Horrible job on laminate tile, leaves behind clumps in corners, and generally doesn’t clean well at all. I purchased because I needed a machine that could do low profile stair rugs and our laminate tile floors and it took many passes to get the throw rugs even slightly better and you can’t use without the mopping so it leaves the rugs damp. But it should be able to clean the floors as it states and it fails miserably. Sure it will pick up loose string or bits of hair but it definitely doesn’t get the flooring cleaner and it is definitely not space saving or compact. I got half of the flooring done and the battery quit, charging takes hours, and you have to get your hands dirty when trying to empty the container. I love how much cleaning power this has. It got my kitchen and bathroom floors immaculate. I like that it has good suction and pics up dirt and debris as I am cleaning.It comes with a bottle of concentrated cleanser that I mixed a little with water. I then added the solution to the water. It only takes a little bit of the cleanser.It has a separate tank that picks up the dirty water and separates it from the dirt. I can dump the water and then rinse off the sponge separately.The roller scrubs my floor when I turn it on dispensing cleanser while cleaning. It also has a power scrub setting that I click on to clean up any stains. It uses twice as much cleanser and gets my floor extra clean.I like the charger base that it sits on. I am absolutely obsessed with this thing. As someone who mops every weekend and keeps my home as clean as I can with a dog and 15 year old daughter…. I thought my floors were pretty clean. I don’t even allow shoes on my LVT floors.The first time I used this the water was so dirty it almost looked like chocolate milk…. And holy cow the dog hairs it sucked up 😳Now that I’ve used it a few times the water is lighter each time after use.Today I used it to clean up my dogs vomit (sorry if TMI) and I used a clean paper towel to wipe the area while still damp and there wasn’t even a glimmer of residue that got on the paper towel.
