Love love Shark products but this thing is junk! Gets clogged in multiple areas daily sometimes multiple times. We just have a basic home with mainly tile floor and hypoallergenic dogs. This vacuum was easy to put together and easy to use. Picked up a lot of cat fur. I really like the headlight. (I never knew what I'd been missing.) I bought the Shark because I have a corded one downstairs. I needed a vacuum upstairs for my 2 floors, that was light weight and can maneuver pretty well. First off I want to say the "Shark" name is good. This cordless vacuum does not do well with pets. I have 8 cats and cat sand everywhere, the only thing it does is spit the sand out from the back, Has a very difficult time picking up fur as well. You know when you see a piece of fur and the vacuum front just has to go near it to suck it up. This vacuum does not, It just makes it tumble farther. This cordless vacuum is truly life-changing! One of the best purchases I have ever made. It seems like having to mess with a cord isn't that big of a deal, but wait until you don't. I can now vacuum in almost half the time! Unlike some of the other cordless vacuums out there, you don't have to change the roller head (based on hardwood or carpet) or keep the "on" button pressed down the whole time (Dyson). The flexible shaft allows me to get under vanities, my range and the beds without bending down. I think this vacuum is actually more powerful than my corded Shark - the soft roller gets up all of the fine dust on my hardwoods that my other one left behind. I ordered on Friday at like 7pm and it arrived by 3pm on Sunday. Amazon isnt even that fast!Now onto the vacuum review. Its nice, stylish and super easy to put together. Has get suction and picks up dog hair, crumbs, dog food etc easily. Charges quickly and keeps the charge for a long time. I've used mine daily (sometimes twice a day-2 shedding pups at home) since getting it (almost 2 weeks now) and have only had to charge it twice. I like that it bends to get under couches and tables.
