Absolutely wrapped. My tiles are light coloured and shiny so needs a steam mop to clean and quick dry. The Shark is perfect, easy to use and is great for removing marks including dog drool

Overall very happy with this quiet and effective steam mop. I wish they could make a cordless steam mop! I agree with others-the tank should be removable, also an assortment of cleaning pads would be good too. E.G Tougher fabric to remove stuck on stains or even a scrubber with bristles for using on outside tiles.

Absolutely love it. It makes my floors look and feel so clean. 100% better than a straight steamer. A lot more expensive but worth every dollar.
Overheated before I could finish cleaning my floor. Doesn't clean corners.
The shark steam & scrub is very good, easy to use heats up very quickly and leaves the tile floors clean and the dry vey quickly
The scrubber works well. The steam function doesn't put out as much steam as other steam mops.

The shark steam mop has been by far my best purchase for cleaning my tiled floors. It makes mopping so easy. It used to take 1 and 1/2 hours to manually mop my floors. Now eith the steam mop it takes about 1/2 an hour. No more bending ! It is effortless to use and after having carpel tunnel surgery there is no pressure or pain in my hand. Highly recommended
did an amazing job on the floor tiles. Never seen them that clean...only one small complaint...using liquid washing detergent as directed in the manual...the mop discs didn't come out clean...still a small amount of dirt marks on the discs....will be interesting to see how they clean on the next use and if they clean up any better after washing again.
